Toller Blick! Tolle Lage! Leider unfreundliches Personal. Ich würde nicht wiederkommen.!

Die Lage ist wirklich toll!! Man guckt direkt aufs Meer. Ein Traum!

Die Lage ist toll! Ein Traum. ABER.. das Personal war zumindest an dem Tag an dem wir da waren wirklich nicht nett. Kein Lächeln, keine Freundlichkeit. Ich hab versucht französisch zu sprechen, aber das ging nicht gut. Ich würde erwarten, das es in einem Hotel mit diesen Preisen, die man eindeutig für den Blick aufs Meer bezahlt, Personal an der Rezeption gibt, das die Gäste willkommen heißt. Freundlich ist und auch mal ein Lächeln übrig hat.. und auch Personal das Englisch sprechen kann und nicht einfach ignorant und unfreundlich auf französisch mit einem spricht, obwohl sie wusste das wir das nicht so gut verstehen konnten.

Très chouette pour passer quelques jours à Marseille.
Pros:

Superbe vue sur la mer, chambre lumineuse et fenêtres très bien insonorisées, ce qui permet de profiter du calme malgré la proximité de la route. Le personnel à l'accueil était particulièrement sympathique et accueillant. Un hôtel plein de charme, idéalement situé pour profiter de Marseille.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être un peu amélioré, notamment en termes de variété et de qualité des produits proposés. Rien de bien méchant cependant, cela n'a pas gâché mon séjour !

Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf das offene Meer und die Sonnenuntergänge von dort waren unbeschreiblich schön.

Cons:

Einziges Manko war die Baustelle hinter dem Hotel, durch die Werktags von 8 - 16 Uhr Presslufthammer und Baulärm zu hören waren. Das Hotelteam kann nichts dafür, da die Baustelle von der Stadt Marseille ist, dennoch wäre ein Hinweis darauf im Vorfeld sehr wichtig gewesen.

Chambre fonctionnelle pour une nuit

Cons:

Matelas trop mou
Bruit de moteur sourd et persistant
Réveil par l'alarme incendie pendant la nuit, déclenchée par erreur. Aucun geste de la direction.
Pas beaucoup de place pour les serviettes (alors que la SdB est grande)

Skønt lille hotel med fantastisk udsigt
Pros:

Placering, imødekommenhed og absolut udsigten fra værelset/altanen, samt at vi kunne få vores morgenmad på egen terrasse

Cons:

Byen er meget trafikeret og hotellet ligger lige ud til vejen, så man skal være klar på bilstøj

Pros:

Hotel is great, amazing terrace view , cosy and clean, bed is very comfortable.
The only thing to point out is as for someone who is looking for zero noise in the room my room had a background noise of some fan or electric meter , for person with light sleep unfortunately it is a downside. I had a sleepover between my travels and that was my only concern, it was very quiet over all just this noise in my room 33.
Other than that is a very nice cosy hotel with friendly staff and amazing terrace.

Cons:

pay attention to the light background noise of meter/ fan etc that could be more manageable at night time

We were in Marseille for two nights and our hotel was perfect! It truly made the stay.
Pros:

The view was amazing and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very comfortable! We loved the tray for breakfast each morning. Coffee and pastries on our deck with that view was spectacular!

Cons:

Not the fault of the hotel but parking is challenging.
