Contaminated sheets, extremely dirty, smelly, do not stay here!
Pros:

This hotel was so dirty and disgusting, I don’t know how they market themselves as a four star hotel because it’s terrible. My bedsheets had blood stains on them 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed there, even though we went down in the middle of the night to show them our first night upon check in. When it happened again and I spoke to the woman at the front desk she lectured me instead of apologizing… they definitely do not clean whatsoever. We had gone to the beach and there was sand in the shower because of course the shower drain didn’t drain properly, and I figured the cleaning staff would have this cleaned the next day… NOPE sand was still everywhere in the bathroom. They charge for quite literally everything. I couldn’t even get 1 free water bottle or a free cup of hot water for tea….. I felt so uncomfortable here and it really started our trip off poorly

Blood stains on sheets, they do not clean, they charge for water, fee for a pool towel, $$ for everything! Food sucked, service sucked, it smelled awful like cat piss, and the lobby bathroom never had toilet paper…

Tener que cargar el equipaje subiéndolo por escaleras para llegar a la habitación.
No haber podido contar con una habitación de cortesía la última mañana para llegar duchados al aeropuerto de Olbia.

Très belle surprise ! la chambre était très grande avec un grand dressing une entrée séparée du coin nuit. Lit très confortable. Salle de bain impeccable. Terrasse avec jardin et avec table, chaises et étendage pour linge et vue mer. Grands parkings pour se garer sans problème. Plage à deux pas. Parfait

Réfectoire pour les repas, avec table attribuée pour la durée du séjour, beaucoup trop bruyant (nous avons demandé à être positionné à l'extérieur). Petit déjeuner répétitif toujours la même chose et pas trop de choix. Repas du soir correct sans plus.

Te ofrecen un código para el wifi que nunca funciona.
Te ofrecen playa privada pero te cobran por el alquiler de las reposeras y sombrillas pero la playa es pública.
Nadie nos quiso dar agua caliente para el mate en cuanto en todos los hoteles de Italia no hemos tenido inconvenientes con ello (desde hace años).
Mala insonorización de la habitación, escuchaba hablar al vecino.
Tienen asignadas las mesas del desayuno para la gente con pensión completa entonces te mandan a desayunar al rincón prácticamente.

Die Aussicht aufs Meer war wunderbar. Schöner wäre mehr als 1 Nacht dort zu verweilen.

Das Hotel liegt nah am Meer, sehr praktisch. Es gibt grosse Balkone. Das Frühstück war grosszügig, ein tolles Hotel und die Innenarchitektur generell hat mir sehr gut gefallen
