Blu Hotel Laconia Village

The staff’s attitude and the overall level of service need serious improvement. I arrived alone at around 20:30p.m., and the hotel was difficult to find, especially for a solo traveller. There was no available parking space at the entrance, so I had to leave my car farther away. I asked the receptionist for information about parking and whether someone could briefly help unload my luggage while I parked the car. She immediately refused, saying that the staff member responsible for luggage was repairing the air conditioning. Although I was a woman travelling alone and clearly needed assistance, she made no effort to ask another colleague to help, even just to take the luggage out of the car. I felt embarrassed, helpless and completely unwelcome.

The breakfast arrangements were equally disappointing. Breakfast was only served from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. and we were told that it was compulsory and could not be removed from the room rate. On the first morning, I did not have time to eat. The following day, my husband, son and daughter joined me, and we booked an additional room. As the children could not wake up so early, I asked to cancel breakfast and explained that we could pay separately at the downstairs bar if necessary. The receptionist refused and insisted that breakfast was mandatory. Guests on holiday should not be forced to pay for a service they do not want or cannot use.

Even worse, when we went to breakfast, there was nowhere for us to sit. Every table had a room number on it, and no one welcomed us or explained where we should sit. A young male waiter eventually prepared a table and told us that we could use it. However, as soon as we sat down, a female waitress told us to move because those tables were reserved for guests whose stay included dinner. If breakfast is compulsory, the hotel must at least provide every paying guest with a seat and proper guidance. By the time the situation was resolved, it was already late and very little food was left.

L incompetenza dello staff data la scarsa comunicazione nel passaggio delle consegne, inoltre alle ore 14 sono state richieste le pulizie e alle 21 non erano ancora state fatte.

Pessima esperienza. Il personale dell'hotel è stato estremamente scortese e poco professionale. Al check-in ci hanno fatto aspettare oltre 30 minuti senza alcun motivo, nonostante non ci fossero altri clienti. Il personale alla reception era impegnato a sistemare le proprie cose e ci è stato detto semplicemente di aspettare.
Mi sono presentata da sola per il check-in, mentre la mia amica sarebbe arrivata più tardi. Mi hanno preteso i suoi documenti, che ovviamente non avevo con me. Nonostante avessi spiegato la situazione e avessi già pagato l'intero soggiorno in contanti, mi è stato detto, anche con toni molto aggressivi, che non mi avrebbero nemmeno permesso di entrare in camera fino all'arrivo della mia amica. Inoltre, non mi è stato rilasciato né uno scontrino né una fattura, nonostante li abbia richiesti più volte.
Anche il servizio del bar e la gestione della colazione lasciano molto a desiderare. I camerieri sono stati maleducati e poco disponibili. Quando abbiamo segnalato il problema alla reception, la risposta è stata completamente priva di professionalità e interesse, con un atteggiamento del tipo:
"Va bene così”
È un hotel che lascia molto a desiderare sotto ogni aspetto, ma soprattutto per il comportamento del personale. Un'esperienza che non consiglierei.

Das Zimmer entsprach überhaupt nicht den Bildern. Es war alt, unsauber und sehr enttäuschend. Auch das angebotene Ersatzzimmer war nicht besser. Das Personal war unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit. Aufgrund der schlechten Zustände sind wir sogar drei Tage früher abgereist. Für den bezahlten Preis absolut nicht akzeptabel.

Struttura a “nostro parere” non pulita come si deve, appena arrivati troviamo nel bagno 2 capelli nel lavandino e anche nel wc, la doccia era rotta e non si chiudeva, stanza piccolissima, stando sul wc non si riusciva ad aprire la porta per quanto era piccolo il bagno
Di notte rumori continui e la mattina alle 5 si iniziavano a sentire rumori continui
Balcone sporco di escrementi di rondini che avevano il nido proprio sopra di noi, le rondini non danno fastidio, se tutti i giorni avessero pulito gli escrementi sarebbe stato sicuramente molto più pulito, invece non pulendolo ogni giorno lo trovavamo sempre più sporco
Parcheggio per le auto minuscolo, la sera non si trovava praticamente mai posto
Bar che avrebbe dovuto chiudere (come scritto sui loro orari) alle 24 invece alle 23 lo abbiamo trovato chiuso, per fortuna che il ragazzo della reception ci ha fatto prendere lui l’acqua (oltretutto 4€ una bottiglia da 1 litro e mezzo)
Oltre 250€ a notte per questo… conosco bene la Sardegna e i costi, mi è capitato di spendere anche il doppio per un hotel, ma non abbiamo MAI lasciato una recensione negativa, qui devo dire 1 stella solo per i ragazzi della reception, perché altrimenti ne meriterebbe 0
Struttura antica, dove sicuramente non soggiorneremo più, peccato perché per il resto la posizione è ottima e molto tranquilla

You need to pay extra for towels the pool and is mandatory the use of caps that you also need to buy at the reception.
There were too many kids in the pool so if you are traveling with family is nice, but if you want a romantic or chill getaway I think it's not the right fit. Or they should have an adults only pool.
The breakfast was nice, but it should have more fresh fruit for the price we paid.
