Staff very polite helpful knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. They answer questions and also get to know you and remember you .
The hotel was good, the room was great, the bar was very posh, the staff very friendly
From early morning the noise from the room upstairs woke us up, people dragging the furniture, drilling the walls, banging sounds were not acceptable. We expected quiet and nice morning not repairing sounds
Absolutely lovely, clean, comfortable and convenient hotel. The breakfast was one of the best I have had. Spot on.
