Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

Our room was very cold and we were unable to turn the heating up. I reported a leak coming from the toilet and all that happened was they wiped it up, so we had to leave a towel around the bottom the toilet.

Normal hotel lovely evening meal disappointing
Pros:

We have been several times and always had a great time this time was disappointing

Cons:

It wasn’t the property it was the service for our evening meal we said at checking in we needed a quick meal as we had a show and we was told to turn up before 6 to be first in line! We turned up at 5.50 to find restaurant open and about 7 tables eating we asked if we would be done but time for show we had starter came at 6.30 so asked again about main meal and we was assured it was in the way 7.10 they finally bring me a out we had 5 minutes before we had to leave so couldn’t eat the meal and they offered 20% off which we found awful as we could only eat 1/4 of the meal so left hungry and angry we was fobbed of on several times wish they had been honest so we could have eaten elsewhere very disappointed er had two rooms so spent a lot and came away very disappointed

Well located but had very odd processes that left the customer confused and quite angry
Pros:

It was well located. Room was comfortable and breakfast was good.

Cons:

We were very surprised to find our room was not cleaned and towels changed. It turned out that the occupant had to ask for it to be done. The door handle had a card that was to be left showing for the room to be cleaned - we were unaware of this!
This is the opposite to how other hotels work where each room was automatically cleaned every day unless asked not to.

Also we had a deal so that breakfast would cost £12.50 not £15 but you had to mention to the receptionist the day before!

I would also suggest a handle in the shower as there was none and as you get into your seventies it really does help to keep you safe. Our friends occupied three other rooms and they all agree that the shower cubicles needed a handle.

Coffee at breakfast was good.

Lovely hotel in a great location!
Pros:

We were upgraded to a heritage room which was lovely except then there only old plug sockets by the bed which you couldn't use a normal plug in! Location was great - right in the centre of town and liked the availability of private car park even though at £15 a night was quite expensive.

Cons:

Nothing really.

Good, but could improve
Pros:

Liked the hotel, lovely building But rip off £15 per night parking for residents & has to be done daily, don't reserve your space so if you get back after a day out & there is an event on, you may not have a space.
Cleanliness great, bed comfortable, nice bar, pleasant staff but probably wouldn't return

Pros:

Hotel was lovely. Great location, it was opposite the Corn Exchange. Hotel had a lift and disabled access. My husband required a gluten free breakfast and cooked him a fresh breakfast as they could not guarantee that the buffet hot breakfast had not been cross contaminated.

Cons:

Having to pay £15 to park for 24 hours

Dukes head kings Lynn
Pros:

Tried to check in but my room card didn't work. Three times up and down to reception before agreeing to another room. The next room temperature was set at 23 tried to lower it but unable to and asked at reception which they all assured me would be sorted. As there was a fan in the room from the person before it's clear and ongoing problem. Check out a day early because I couldn't cope.
