Pros:

The staff and services at The Welcome Hotel were exceptional. They were friendly, efficient, informative and genuinely welcoming. They quickly accommodated my request to upgrade my room and were extremely helpful in answering my questions about the region and an upcoming local festival. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel, which is situated in an absolutely incredible location right on the port.

Emplacement parfait et avec une belle vue sur la baie. Personnel accueillant et très agréable.

Cons:

Surface de la chambre (confort) un peu faible et équipement vieillissant. Un peu au dessous du niveau attendu pour ce type d’établissement.

La vue sur mer, le charme ++ de Villefranche et l originalite de la decoration de la chambre. Le personnel tres réactif et tres à l ecoute et le petit dej.
Literie bonne egalement

Cons:

Il manque une bouilloire.
Douche pas pratique.
Draps et couette pas de taille suffisante et pas assez d oreillers.
Le chauffage ne marchait pas dans notre chambre
