Bon hôtel mais peu chaleureux
Pros:

Le calme et le silence.

Cons:

L’accueil froid et impersonnel. C’est très rare d’avoir un staff d’accueil aussi décevant. Aucune information nous a été donnée concernant le ménage de la chambre. Bref, le personnel de réception est lamentable, du moins durant les deux jours passés ici.

Struttura nuova e pulita situata in vicinanza di un bosco alla periferia di Auray. Letti e cuscini comodi anche se la stanza un po’ piccola. Ottima la doccia. Colazione buona

Cons:

Purtroppo non esiste aria condizionata quindi abbiamo vissuto un grande disagio perché ha fatto molto caldo. Le stanze hanno un piccolo ventilatore di quelli a colonna fondamentalmente inutile. Le finestre non hanno zanzariere quindi non ci siamo fidati a lasciarle aperte essendo peraltro in un bosco. Peccato perché Auray merita senz’altro di essere vista. Ma in estate è impossibile rimanere in questa tipologia di albergo: peraltro sembra che l’aria condizionata non ci sia in molte strutture….

Kurzer Fußweg zur Innenstadt. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür, gutes Frühstück

Wir waren im Juli hier und es waren Temperaturen über 30 Grad. Leider hatte unser Zimmer keine Klimaanlage, dementsprechend war es sehr heiß. Lüften brachte auch keine Veränderung.
Klimaanlage soll wohl Ende 2026 nachgerüstet werden, laut der netten Dame an der Rezeption.

Cons:

Pas de climatisation, les chambres étaient des fournaises, impossible de se reposer.
Le petit déjeuner est très décevant, le choix et la qualité ne sont pas au rdv. Les œufs brouillés ne ressemblent à rien. En réservant au Best Western je pensais avoir un certain standing comme les autres déjà visités mais la c’est catastrophique !

Albergo a ridosso di un boschetto molto gradevole, non vicinissimo al centro ma comodo e dotato di posteggio. Staff cordialissimo, stanza molto pulita

Il ventilatore che avrebbe dovuto sopperire all aria condizionata mancante era vecchio rumoroso e poco efficace. Camera piccola esposta al sole con temperatura interna sopra 30 gradi. Ragnatele e ragno sul soffitto. Ce ne siamo andati
Avendo già fatto il check in e pagato anche le due colazioni della mattina successiva abbiamo chiesto almeno il rimborso di queste ultime e della tassa di soggiorno ma ci è stato negato.
