Hulppeat näkymät parvekkeelta, tilava huone.
Pros:

Ihana huone ja ihanan tilava parveke näkymineen. Ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Hyvä sijainti.

Cons:

Aamiainen oli aika heikko, eikä oikein löytynyt sopivaa purtavaa. Kahvi oli pahaa.

Je ne suis pas convaincu.

Cons:

J’avais réservé 3 chambres à 830 euros la nuit, alors que les chambres n’avaient pas de climatisation, les oreillers étaient de tres mauvaise qualité et dans 2 des 3 chambres le frigo bar ne fonctionnait pas correctement. 830 euros pour ne pas dormir correctement, cela ne vaut même pas la moitié. Cet hôtel n’est pas un 5 étoiles. Je le déconseille.

Pros:

Nous venons à Crans depuis des années. Nous avions arrêté quelque temps, mais nous avons décidé de revenir — et quelle belle surprise.
Il y a une nette amélioration : le personnel est aujourd’hui beaucoup plus sympathique, attentionné et souriant. Cela fait réellement la différence et rend le séjour particulièrement agréable.
La vue est toujours aussi magnifique, et la proximité avec les remontées mécaniques reste un vrai atout. L’emplacement est clairement un point fort.
Un grand merci aux équipes pour leur accueil et leurs sourires, surtout dans une période qui n’est pas simple pour la station de Crans-Montana. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Cons:

Seul petit bémol qui, malheureusement, n’a pas évolué : la carte du room service. Elle est vraiment trop restreinte et n’a pas changé depuis des années. Après avoir dégusté des spécialités régionales riches en fromages et charcuterie sur les pistes le midi, on apprécierait davantage d’options plus légères et plus “healthy” le soir.

Relaxing and restful stay, look forward to coming back.

Staff was very very nice
Sauna and hamam were great
Balcony was big
Room was cozy
Staff thought of our dog also leaving him bowls, bed and pad
Location is great

Cons:

Pool was alittle too cold
Screen sharing for tv didnt work & channels were mostly all german and couldnt change languages not many channel options
