Gute und sehr zentrale Lage, nur ein paar wenige Meter vom Busbahnhof entfernt. Professionelle Betreuung durch die Eigentümerfamilie, mit vielen wertvollen Tipps. Sogar Sämi, der 80-jährige Papagei, macht seine Arbeit immer hervorragend :-). Umfangreiches und köstliches Frühstück

The owner was excellent, very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were great and plentiful.

Our stay was wonderful. One of the best breakfasts ever, offering fresh, good quality food, great variety, arranged elegantly, included in the hotel cost also. Very soacius apartment and extremely clean. Great location to stop between Zermatt and Bern or Geneva; quiet, fresh mountain air also. Affordable price compared to busy, small hotels in the city. Manuela, the hostess was very helpful, patient and accomodated even our very late check in at 10:30 at night. She's fluent in English besides French and German. Her 81 year old parrot, an African grey, called Remi is a rescued pet, adorable and unique, adding to the whole experience. Charlie, Manuela's husband was friendly and helpful as well, making this such a welcoming, family style lodging.

Amazing hotel owner! Never met a person who went out of their way to be so helpful! Breakfast buffet was the best that I ever had. Homemade breads, pastries, assortment of meats, vegetables and fruits Nothing was missed on the buffet. So difficult to chose what to eat
She helped me use the washing machine since there was a language barrier and even offered to dry them for me so that I could enjoy my day.
We even extended our night more more night because it was such a friendly place.

Hiking around the hotel is amazing! The cable car ride up the mountain was great as well as all the hiking.

L'accueil y est excellent. Le calme est appreciable. La chambre avec son grand balcon est très bien. Petit bémol pour le matelas un.peu trop mou et la porte de la salle de bain qui est juste coulissante. Le petit déjeuner est parfait. Nous reviendrons volontiers dans cet établissement.

Description des chambres/appartements (en louant un studio nous comptions avoir une cuisine dans le prix, hors il faut payer 60frs de +)
Le style de la chambre, la rendre un peu plus cocooning, surtout pour l'hiver, et la décorer pour lui donner du charme.

성수기가 아니라 그런지 12시에 도착했는데 체크인도 일찍 허락해주시고 무료로 객실을 업그레이드해주셔서 거실도 있고 티비도 있는 큰 객실에 묵을 수 있었어요. 조식도 다양하게 나오고 넘 맛있었는데 괜찮냐고 물어봐주시고 넘 친절하셨어요.^^
