Pros:

Nice and efficient personnel, very comfortable bed, very clean premises, excellent breakfast and restaurant food, excellent Wifi.

Ottima colazione, mi è piaciuta la camera mansardata.

Cons:

Le lampadine appena accese ci impiegano un minuto a smettere di sfarfallare, bisogna sistemare il problema. La presa apposita per caricare il cellulare o altro non funzionava.

Ausser am Pool sagte uns der Aufseher wir müssten Badehauben tragen.
5 € das gute Stück.
Schön brav haben wir gehorcht und haben dann gesehen dass die Hälfte der Badegäste keine Haube trugen🤷🏽🙃

Posizione centrale, giardino e piscina enorme (che pero' non ho potuto usare perche' di lunedi apre alle 11.00)

La struttura andrebbe un po' rinnovata, camere comprese. Al momento del check out, mi hanno chiesto di saldare la camera. Allora ho informato la reception che mi era gia' stato trattenuto l'importo della camera dall'account Revolut pertanto non rimaneva alcuna somma da saldare. Mi hanno invece detto che quell'importo era una sorta di garanzia che mi avevano trattenuto e mi avrebbero stornato a giorni (ma dello stesso identico importo della camera!) quindi mi hanno fatto pagare di nuovo la somma e ad oggi (4 gg dopo) non ho ancora visto lo storno nel mio conto online. Onestamente, non per il fatto di avere pagato 93 euro per due volte, ma trovo che la prassi sia senza senso e non mi era mai capitato prima in nessun albergo.
La piscina che apre di lunedi alle 11.00 mi ha impedito di fare una nuotata e partire, dato che dovevamo lasciare la camera alle 10.
Colazione davvero troppo basic.
