Don’t ever stay at this place. I would have given it a zero star rating if I could. They sell the rooms on booking.com and other platforms, but the place is under renovation and you only find out when you are standing in front of the building and can’t enter. Customer service is inexistent. No help available, complete lack of ownership. Please avoid!

Very convenient location directly opposite the railway station. Its a tad grubby neighbourhood but that's to be expected in any rail station area. The young man at the desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Had a nice chat with him. Very nice. Room is tidy clean and well appointed. Overall a great place to stay and happy with booking

My room reservation was canceled because I arrived one day late, even though my stay was fully paid to Hotels.com. I was told at first that I will be reimbursed, then they found a room for me that was located right above a dumpster. The bathroom sink was smelling, I had to call the reception desk the next morning and they sent someone who poured some hot liquid in the sink. It worked for one day only. The bed sheets were dirty, I think they never changed them from the previous guest. My phone and laptop were"hacked". No room services. I had to move to another hotel (the Nash Hotel ) near the airport for my last night in Geneva, which was a breath of fresh air!

The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Michael. They helped us to navigate around the city explaining the different options. I would definitely stay here again

Rooms are good. Right across from the train station that would get you straight to the airport. Decent hotel.

There was no hot water for the whole of the hotel on the morning we woke up - made for a very cold shower!

Hotel is conveniently located, very walkable, and felt safe. Parking is available across the street for cheap. AC was cold!

The property was at the excellent spot transportation wise. Hotel was clean and quiet, breakfast very satisfactory, but the most of all was staff with their kindness and help whenever we needed. I would warmly recommend this hotel for short or longer stay.

Clean and close to the train station. Not luxury but it provided what we needed. Shower/bathroom was very small though.

This place was very conveniently located and the staff were helpful. The rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, and decently sized. It doesn’t have a mini fridge but that is not the end all be all.

The water from the tap was foul smelling and I did not feel safe using it. I reported it, but the problem persisted.

Super convenient location. Hotel was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The only hotel we stayed in in Europe that offered AC!
