A fuir impérativement à cause de ce dédain de ses clients

J’ai réservé 2 chambres (8 et 9) pour la nuit du vendredi 20 au samedi 21 mars 2026, et nous avons eu une coupure électrique de 21h45 à 8h00 du matin
- Au moment de cette coupure mon épouse était sous la douche, imaginez la difficulté pour en sortir
- Plus de télévision
- Plus de Wifi
- Plus de chauffage
- Impossible de recharger nos téléphones
- Imaginez aller aux toilettes dans le noir total (pas de fenêtre dans la salle de bain)
- Votre gardien de nuit n’a pas mis beaucoup de bonne volonté pour nous aider (il avait de la lumière chez lui)
En résumé personne ne s'est occupé de nous, à la fin du séjour nous avons demandé un dédommagement en vain, la directrice ne nous à même pas adressé un mot d'excuse
