Pros:

Nous avons tout apprécié, de l'accueil à la chambre, le resto, le bar, le déjeuner complet et l'emplacement de l'hôtel à 5 min de Trèves et aussi les promenades balisées le long du ruisseau. La bière Kraft brassée sur place est excellente en blonde, ambrée ou brune. Les plats et le service au resto le soir sont de grande classe. Le parking vaste et gratuit, ce qui est appréciable car souvent hors de prix sur d'autres hôtels.

Cons:

Pas apprécié est un peu exagéré voyons ce qui pourrai être amélioré, la température de la piscine trop froide à notre goût, le sauna et la cabine IR n'étaient pas en service le vendredi alors qu'il fonctionnaient la veille. Pour les chambres, si vous avez des voisins bruyants vous pouvez presque discuter aves eux, mais là, je "chicotte" un peu. Nous avons visité Trèves de long en large les quatre jours, nous rentrons donc chez nous bien fatigués.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Bushaltestelle vor der Haustür. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte alles, was das Herz begehrt. Im Haus gibt es viele schöne Ecken zum genießen.

In Trier die Verkehrsführung spiegelt sich im Hotel wieder. Ist uns so aufgefallen.
Pros:

Ich lobe ausdrücklich das Personal. Ob zum Frühstück, zur Zimmerreinigung oder im Restaurant erfuhren wir eine sehr freundliche Kommunikation.

Cons:

Trier empfing uns etwas kühl, 18‘C Zimmertemperatur war also etwas frisch. Schade war auch das der Kaffeeautomat nicht funktionierte und jeder eine Thermoskanne mit Filterkaffee erhielt. Ich vermute auf Wunsch hätte es auch anderer Kaffee sein können. Gestört hat es mich aber nicht.

Cons:

Dusche indiskutabel, winzig, undicht, wenig Wasserdruck. Einrichtung neobarock und etwas schrammelig wirkend

Es war sehr schön eingerichtet, man hatte ein tolles Restaurant und Frühstück, es gibt Parkplätze und eine Busverbindung in die Stadt
