Zentrale ruhige Lage vom Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal, sauberes gut ausgestattetes Zimmer , hervorragendes Frühstück.

Cons:

Keine eigene Stellplätze, aber in unmittelbarer Nähe die Kongresshausgarage

一般德式早餐，無可挑惕。服務人員友善，飯店地點佳，去哪裡都方便。飯店有歷史感。

Cons:

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The building is absolutely beautiful and has a unique old-world charm, full of history, elegance, and character. The room was spacious, with a lovely balcony and an incredible view that made our stay even more special.

The location is exceptional—right in the city center, making it easy to explore everything on foot. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we needed anything.

Overall, this is a wonderful hotel that combines history, style, comfort, and a perfect location. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Pros:

The Atlantic Park is a bit old fashion but was comfortable. We were there during a bad heat wave but the Air Conditioning in our rooms worked perfectly. Not all rooms in the hotel have AC. Great location in the center of Baden Baden. It was easy to walk everywhere.

Cons:

I don't really have anything to complain about, except that the breakfast was OK but not special.

Très agréable, je recommande cet hôtel
Pros:

Très bel hôtel, un accueil sympathique avec un petit verre de vin pétillant. Chambre confortable, un peu vieillotte mais ça fait partie du charme de l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner excellent avec un service très efficace et sympathique. La situation au bord de l'Oos et de la Lichtentaler allee est vraiment idéale. Dans l'ensemble j'ai beaucoup aimé et j'y reviendrai.

Cons:

Le seul point négatif est l'odeur persistante qu'il y avait dans ma chambre (odeur de cuisine ? pas très identifiable) que j'ai pu un peu atténuer en aérant constamment mais lors de mon prochain séjour, je le signalerai directement.

Haus mit großer Vergangenheit, das leider viel Potential verschenkt
Pros:

Die Lage an der Oos mit Blick auf das Theater und die Lichtentaler Allee im Zentrum von Baden-Baden ist schon ein Pfund, mit dem das Haus wuchern kann.

Cons:

Klimaanlage natürlich angenehm, aber nervend durch einen intervallmäßig auftretenden dumpfen Ton, der nach Abschaltung ein schnelles Einschlafen verhindert.
Keine Hotelschlappen bei Teppichboden?
Das Haus hat unendlich viel Luft nach oben: Es ist das älteste Grandhotel am Ort , in dem der Reichskanzler von Bismarck 34 Mal logierte.
Warum nur eine kleine Lunchkarte? Warum nicht vernünftiger Restaurant-Betrieb, auch abends, wie früher?
Preis für Frühstück 31,- Euro schlicht zu teuer!
Das Haus beherbergt im Kaminsaal die edelsten Antiquitäten. Warum im Haus hier und da antiquiesierende Bilder, kitschig und stillos? Eine Entweihung der übrigen Schätze!
Insgesamt ist das Haus in die Jahre gekommen. Immerhin: die Sonnenjalousien sind jetzt elektrisch zu betreiben. 👌 Aber insgesamt verschenkt das wunderbare Haus viel Potential. Ab 18.30 Uhr auf der Terrasse an der Oos wie tot. Könnte eine Goldgrube sein, döst aber dahin wie im Dornröschenschlaf! Gewiss auch eine Frage des Managements! Es war doch einmal ein Haus, wo die Welt sich traf.

Pros:

Das Hotel versprüht den modänen Charme vergangener Tage. Die Einrichtung ist edel, die Sauberkeit angemessen tadellos. Der Ausblick ist unschlagbar.

Cons:

Leider gibt es nicht in allen Zimmern eine Klimaanlage, was zusammen mit unpassend dicken Bettdecken (nachdem ich am ersten Tag mein dickes Federbett zurückgegeben hatte, bekam ich ein noch schwereres, dickes Steppbett) im Sommer doch recht unterträglich werden kann - selbst bei offenem Fenster. Zu letzterem gesellt sich dann ein gewisser Lärm, den der Fluss erzeugt, zusammen mit den bis nachts flanierenden Menschen. Freundlichkeit und Service sind in 2 von 4 Fällen (von Rezeptionsseite, nicht House keeping) für ein Hotel dieser Klasse nicht angemessen – je nach Besetzung teils sogar recht ruppig. Immer wieder hat man das Gefühl, zu stören. Das habe ich die Tage vor und die Tage nach meinem Aufenthalt, die ich jeweils in anderen Hotels der Stadt verbrachte, deutlich! besser erlebt.

Traditionsreiches, sehr schönes Hotel an allerbester Lage
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist einzigartig. Sie zentral, sehr ruhig und sauber. Das Hotel glänzt im nostalgischen Look.
Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich, insbesondere die Herren beim Frühstück &
Nachmittags Kaffee, Blendi und? (die anderen Namen kennen wir leider nicht).

Cons:

Die Betten in unserem sehr schönen Superior Doppelzimmer mit Balkon waren leider nicht ganz so bequem, d.h. die Matratzen, diese waren ziemlich hart. (Auch keine Auflage auf der Matrtze).
Das Preisleistung Verhältnis fanden wir nicht ganz so gut.
