Aux petits soins
Pros:

Le personnel est d'une tres grande gentillesse et aux petits soins, il parle français ce qui est un gros plus. On a pu déposer nos bagages plus tôt le jour de notre arrivée et les récupérer en fin de journée lors de notre départ. On nous a proposé de nous réserver des restaurants, vraiment tres agréable. L'hôtel est tres bien placé dans un quartier calme, le lit confortable et la salle de bain au top! Le petit déjeuner est varié, nous avons fait 2 nuits, et avons eu 2 petits déjeuner différents. Vraiment un séjour tres agréable, merci à tout le personnel.

We really enjoyed Venice and staying at such a beautiful hotel with friendly staff just elevated our experience.
Pros:

Amazing, the hotel was beautifully furnished stunning and in keeping with the spirit of Venice. The room was completely comfortable for the three of us (two children and one adult) it’s also located in the heart of Venice so location wise it’s perfect.

Cons:

What’s not to like!!! The hotel was just perfect

Pros:

Personnel was the best, very friendly. Location top of the top. Definitely coming back again to the same hotel, no doubt. 1 min walk from rialto bridge but veeeery quiete

Cons:

Just at the breakfast was couple of flies over the food but this is nothing. 9.9 out of 10

The hotel was excellent overall - staff were superb especially Barbara who was in charge of breakfast, it's a great location and site, decor was first class, rooms lovely, great cocktail bar - all in all excellent

Easy reach of everything. Overlooked canal. Water taxi able to go right up to entrance. Good breakfast. Staff friendly.
