Pros:

We stayed for a week in a Junior Suite during the Carnival period. The hotel is in an exceptional location: about 10–15 minutes’ walk to both St. Mark’s Square and Rialto, and around 15 minutes to Fondamente Nove. There are many restaurants nearby, and a Despar supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away.
The room and bathroom were very clean and well maintained. The staff was great — every request was handled promptly and professionally.
Breakfast was good (buffet style) with a nice selection.
We would especially like to thank Barbara for her exceptional service. She is very attentive to guests — she even remembered what coffee or tea we preferred and when we usually had it.

Cons:

We felt that the lighting in the room could be slightly brighter, especially in the evenings. There was also only one chair, although the room did include a sofa.
For guests who are particularly sensitive to noise, it may be worth noting that we stayed in a canal-view room. On a few nights there were people outside, and since we preferred to keep the window open, we occasionally heard some late-evening sounds.
In the early morning (around 6:30–7:00), it was sometimes possible to hear loading and unloading activities. This did not bother us too much.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.

Bardzo ładny hotel w świetnej lokalizacji.
Pros:

Fantastyczna lokalizacja, ciekawy widok z okna. Śniadania nie były wymyślne, ale były bardzo smaczne. Obsługa była przemiła. Możliwość zamówienia gondoli zaraz przed wejściem do hotelu to dodatkowy atut.

Cons:

Jeśli musiałbym się do czegoś przyczepić to podłoga pod łóżkiem nie była idealnie sprzątnięta, ale nie wpływa to na moją ogólną, wysoką ocenę czystości w hotelu.

Perfect location - Luxury stay
Pros:

What a beautiful hotel/ palace and location - each floor had a very unique crafted lobby and I wish I couldve spent more time luxuriating in the hotel. Very close walk to St Mark's square and main shopping areas. If you are not an early riser, probably want to avoid canal view rooms because Fisherman and Garbage truck boats use docks right below the window and can be quite loud starting around 7 AM. Amazing hotel would stay again.

Delightful Hotel
Pros:

From a warm welcome to a friendly send-off, our stay was excellent. The hotel arranged airport transfers for arrival and departure, slightly pricey but well worth the convenience. Our spacious room captured authentic Venetian charm and offered two lovely canal views. The team was consistently welcoming and attentive, and the breakfast staff were outstanding; breakfast was included. The location is ideal, about a 10–15 minute walk to the main sights, yet just far enough from the busiest crowds to feel peaceful. Highly recommended.
