Pros:

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und haben uns auch bei Problemen mit einer anderen Buchung von Booking geholfen. Da wir erneut durch Booking im Stich gelassen wurden.

Cons:

Parkieren ist schwierig, es gibt nur öffentliche Parkplätze.

Very small room, 2 single beds that hardly fit in the room, you cannot sit in the toilets unless in diagonal. Breakfast limited and in a small area.

Magnifique Hôtel ! très agréable idéalement situé. Personnel au top

Accueil très sympathique, nous tenons à remercier tout le personnel pour leurs attentions et leur efficacité. L'Hotel est idéalement placé, très bien rénové, la déco est "stylé" comme l'ont dit les enfants. La chambre familiale nous a beaucoup plu, la literie au top, et la salle de bain magnifique. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages le jour de notre départ c'était bien pratique. Merci encore nous reviendrons sans hésitez.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The room was very cozy, and the staff were absolutely amazing-so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location felt very safe and central, which made everything easy to access. Parking was nearby and very easy, which was a big plus.

I even forgot my car key in the room, and one of the receptionists ran after me because I had already left the apartment. A big, special thank you to her for that - truly appreciated!

I would absolutely recommend this place!

Opera'da bir ziyaret.
Pros:

6 gece kaldık,otelin konumu mükemmel Opera binası,Lafayette,louvre müzesi,Tulieres bahçeleri 5-10 dk. mesafede,kahvaltı değişmedi,küçük bir alanda büyük bir kahvaltı denilebilir,çeşitler yeterli,dengeli,lezzetli bir kahvaltı imkanı vardı.Personel ilgili ve nazikti ilk gün yaşanan küçücük bir aksaklık için odaya yazı ve ikram bırakmışlardı,Şerif adındaki arkadaş ekstra ilgili,nazik ve samimiydi.

Oda biraz daha büyük olsa iyi olurdu.

Staff was very kind and helpful. When we arrived early-before 7 am. Noah stowed our luggage and provided us with directions. We arrived back after spending the day sightseeing. Upon arriving back she told us that they had already moved our bags to the room. Each day they provided us with dinner suggestions. Responded promptly to request, e.g., additional towels delivered within 5 minutes.
