Resolvi mandar essa avaliação, pois esse hotel é mal avaliado e se fosse depender dos comentários, nós não nos hospedaríamos. O café da manhã é ótimo, com muita variedade, o quarto é limpo, não tive problemas, a cama confortável e os funcionários muito solicitos. A internet funcionou bem e nos sentimos muito confortáveis em todos os momentos. Amamos.

Cons:

O ralo um pouco entupido, descia devagar a água e o elevador muito abafado!

Achei a localização excelente e o café da manhã perfeito sem erros.
Pros:

Gostei do segundo quarto, pois o primeiro quarto o ar-condicionado estava pingando e alagou o quarto. Foi o apartamento 434. Mas depois que mudamos de apartamento o 327 estava ótimo.

Gostei de tudo.

No geral, a estadia foi boa. Valeu a experiência.
Pros:

Excelente localização.
Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos.
Bom café da manhã.

Cons:

Precisa de uma manutenção maior nos quartos. Porta da varanda emperrando pra abrir, problemas na fechadura do quarto.
O café da manhã era bom, porém, mesmo em banho maria, alguns itens estavam bem frios (ovo, mingau).
São pequenos detalhes mas que poder ser melhorados.

A localização é excelente, só precisam planejar melhor o café da manhã e melhorar a internet.

A localização é ótima, a atenção dos funcionários também. Chuveiro e ar condicionado são ótimos.

Cons:

A internet é péssima, não funcionou no apartamento que eu fiquei. O café da manhã não é ruim, porém, a reposição dos itens demorava muito... faltou café, faltou leite, etc... Faltou planejamento para atender a quantidade de hóspede no feriado.
