We needed last minute accomodation & although we arrived unexpectedly outside reception hours Kirsten & Kate assisted us in a welcoming & friendly manner. Were extremely lovely & helpful.

Comfortable renovated apartment - we'd stay again!
Pros:

Spacious one bed apartment (we had #4 on the ground floor), with a huge 75" TV mounted on the wall with several streaming services available. Good location - easy walk to Mooloolaba wharf and foreshore, yet is on a quiet street. Secure parking underneath.

Cons:

No extractor fan in the combined bathroom/toilet/laundry, which is strange since the shower and dryer generate moisture (and it would be nice to ventilate while doing your 'business'!)

However, the worker they employed is very fair and very nice
Pros:

The manger lives on the bottle m floor and yells at every person coming and going from the resort. I’m on holidays but have to keep my nightly news down and my morning news as well. Because at 10 am of a day time it’s noise pollution to her unit and at 6 o’clock of an evening. The best is bullying the family when they’re coming to go if they belong here or not. However the worker they employed for the front desk is very pleasant very nice and very accommodating.
