Great location and spacious room
Pros:

Excellent location for Gatwick, with the bus only 2 mins walk away. On-site restaurant was excellent and very comfortable room. Mine was single but was spacious, with plenty of room to open suitcase.

perfectly good for a quick stopover, prob 20 minutes door to door for LHR T5 via buses

Pros:

Super close to the airport! Loved that the England game was playing in the little bar area when we arrived. Room was great, and breakfast was lovely!

The kind gentleman at reception was very helpful, efficient and witty!

Helpful friendly staff, location ideal for my needs, easy to get to. Good breakfast

Bathroom sink had a broken plug. There was a bit of noise and voices could be easily heard, even late at night and early morning.

Lovely stay except for the heat

Convenient location, handy to public transport. Lovely staff
I have stayed here before and will do so again but not during the summer

Cons:

It was.too hot in the room. The fan didn't do much to reduce the heat and the room I was in only had 1 window so no cross breeze at all

Staff very friendly. Clean bathrooms and clean room.

Cons:

No air-conditioning in 30+ degree weather. Maybe ceiling fans would have been an attempt at comfort. Food was so-so.
