Nice comfort but taxi to airport a put off
Pros:

Been there many times, the comfort and location

Cons:

The taxi to the airport was very expensive which I think will put customers off as you can stay in Gatwick with breakfast and free use of the shuttle bus cheaper than just your bed for the night which we did on our return to uk

Tout proche de Gatwick en bus, y compris très tôt/tard, hyper pratique !

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely polite and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms are quite small, but comfortable and well maintained — perfect for a short stay. The restaurant’s food was excellent, definitely one of the highlights of our visit.
The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe, which we really appreciated. The hotel is conveniently located for travelers, being only about a 30-minute walk from the South Terminal of the airport. There’s also a public bus service that connects both the North and South Terminals, even at night, though with fewer runs (tickets cost £3).
Overall, a great choice for anyone catching an early flight or looking for a comfortable stay near the airport.

Pros:

As a return guest it was familiar and a comfortable stay with friendly and attentive staff.

Cons:

Only downside was the airport transfer not working and having to pay nearly £20 for the shortest journey to the accommodation.

Cons:

Understandably it's a place to stay as it's so near to the airport & guests are leaving at various times early morning, so it can be noisy. Our room was top of the stairs so heard everything from reception however the other room was fine. Would stay again though.
