Old house but room very clean, bed very comfortable, bathroom spotless and modern.
A lift. Property does not have a lift so I had to leave my large suitcase at reception as I could not carry it up the narrow stairs.
Perfect for Gatwick, just hop on a bus round the corner anytime of night for £3
The shower was cold and the water pressure v low
The location is good. The hotel has its own restaurant and a bar.
One of the beds in the triple room was broken. We told the receptionist, and they said they'll have a look at it. When we returned a few hours later, nothing was fixed, we doubt they even had a look. We had to remind them again to fix one of the beds.
The pressure in showers is very very weak!

bed was hard . only 2 flat pillows and they could not offer us anymore. No face cloths.
NO AIR CONDITIONER IN ROOM AND NONE WERE ON IN THE PLACE. 32Degrees. Small fan in room does not cut it.
It is close to airport Gatwick. It was sparkling clean. The staff was very nice and the location is very good.

Ottima posizione rispetto al terminal nord di Gatwick, raggiungibile in 5 minuti con comodo servizio di navetta prenotabile dall’hotel. Staff disponibile ed efficiente. Struttura tranquilla, la scegliamo sempre quando disponibile per le nostre partenze da Londra perché rappresenta un ottimo compromesso. Camera semplice, ma accogliente e pulita
