Value, easy, ideal for short airport stay
Pros:

Super friendly staff, easy to navigate the bus system to the airport even early in the morning

Cons:

I was in a ground floor room and it was noisy with noise from the restaurant kitchen and staff shouting to the kitchen. Lots of door slamming from other customers. To expected in a small lodge vibe property with airport pick ups etc, just bring ear plugs!

L'hôte était très sympa à notre arrivée
La proximité de l'hôtel à gatwick airport.
Nous avons pris un bus qui nous a ammene à l'aéroport en 5min !

Nous sommes arrivés très tard et fatigués.
Nous avions bien évidemment prévenus l'hôtel
A notre arrivée nous avons bien été accueillis mais la chambre était très très sale.
Des tâches sur la moquettes ainsi que sur le dessus de lit et les tables de nuit qui pour moi n'ont pas été nettoyées.
Les serviettes laissent à désirer et ne demandent qu'à être recyclées en chiffon pour faire de la mécanique !
Nous y avons dormi seulement 4h mais c'est largement suffisant.
Des travaux d'entretien sont à réaliser très rapidement pour redonner charme et goût à cet hôtel qui rempli ses fonctions en termes de proximité ! 🙂

Room very small. Only one pillow. Asked for extra pillows but they never materialised. Barman in evening very rude

A very excited, happy, grandaughter...a great distraction before a hospital procedure x
Pros:

My grandaughter was so excited with the whole setup and the meal in the evening was delicious, especially the vegetarian lasagne x

Cons:

We didn't have much toilet paper supplied and as we had to leave very early the next morning for the local hospital, 3 mins away, reason for staying, we just rationed it!
Would have been happier with a bit more selection on the tea tray: literally just tea and coffee, no biscuits, no decaf offered.
No TV remote to be found but friendly lady on reception rectified that for us immediately x
