After 10.30pm please move inside from your outside areas to avoid noise disturbing neighboring guests.

Pros:

Great unit for 4 people. Very close to CBD, but quiet. For winter stay it's well equipped with lots of wall heaters, towel heater, warm sheets etc. Very clean, good facilities and otherwise very happy about it.

A comfortable and peaceful stay in Queenstown with stunning surroundings and good value for money.
Pros:

Great location with beautiful mountain views. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well equipped. Parking was easy, and it was quiet yet close enough to town. Staff communication was clear and helpful.

Cons:

The walk to the town centre can be a bit uphill, which may be tiring for some guests. Otherwise, no major issues.

Perfect family mini home for the perfect family holiday town!
Pros:

Just absolutely fantastic from the location to the quality and finishes of the apartment (or mini house as it really is!) Extensive range of tea and coffee with sugars and the beds/bedding is just gloriously comfy! Just the most perfect base for a stay in Queenstown (which is somehow a very short walk but far enough not to hear a thing!)

Cons:

Totally personal as a parent, but no window lock on top floor window so had to use string to tie it to stop our toddler climbing on the bed and taking flight plus all sharp knives - note. FANTASTIC range of knives for cooking - situated in low drawers so had to quickly scoop those out and leave up above during our stay. Can't stress enough that this is very personal to us as parents but so easily fixed/rectified (and if another parent sees this, this place is PERFECT as a family - just keep these two items in mind and you'll be set!)

A localização é muito boa. Fica a 10 minutos a pé dos principais pontos turísticos. O apartamento é bem equipado e confortável.

Cons:

O apartamento não tem ar condicionado e a vaga de garagem é muito apertada. Cabe apenas um carro pequeno. Eu solicitei um sachê de sabão em pó extra para lavar algumas roupas e o pedido me foi negado. O proprietário é muito exigente e pouco solícito.
