After 10.30pm please move inside from your outside areas to avoid noise disturbing neighboring guests.

Any breach of this could result in a $250 fine per noise complaint and immediate eviction from the property.

Please note that the apartments are not serviced on a daily basis. However, daily housekeeping service is available upon request (charges apply).

Good location but bad configuration for bathroom and kitchen.
Pros:

Easy to find. Conveniently located near down town.

Cons:

Bathroom was upstairs when there’s a bedroom located downstairs. Kitchen was located downstairs and it was too inconvenient going upstairs and downstairs. The configuration of the condo was terrible for older couple like us and our friend.

Pros:

The bathroom is really nice. We also had a small balcony which we really loved.

Cons:

The apartment was a hard to find. We arrived in the dark and struggled to find the correct apartment. It's quite the walk to the city center.

Pros:

The view of the gondola out the window was great! Well appointed kitchen and facilities. Having a washing machine and dryer was useful.
Location was just close enough to town to walk without feeling arduous.

Cons:

Even though we had our own parking spot it was tricky to park without blocking the main thoroughfare and then we couldn't open the boot of the car without half blocking the neighbour.

A great stay besides the initial navigation. Highly recommended!
Pros:

Fantastic location, walking distance to everything (town centre, supermarket, and Skyline). Very comfortable and has all the amenities you need.

Cons:

It can be difficult to locate the specific building within the large complex. Our unit required access from the street behind because the Google Maps navigation was a bit off. There are also many stairs, so be prepared if you have heavy luggage.

A very quiet, clean unit with all the facilities you need. Very comfortable.
Pros:

Pretty good location. We had Apt. 15A a one bedroom with living area and it was excellent. Had all the facilities and in very good condition. It was very comfortable and clean and had a washing machine and dryer. We’d stay here again.

Cons:

Parking is a little tight but was ok. Needs a few extra mugs for coffee.

Amazing!
Pros:

It is very newly renovated. The whole house is spacious and sparkly clean. The kitchen is well stocked. Shower super strong. Linen are thick and new. I had the best stay for the past three days, which I had stayed at the 5 and 4 star resort. I would recommend it with no reservations. One thing to remember, you cannot tell a book by its cover. The motel look very average from outside. And the parking is a bit tight. Other than that, this is a perfect stay for values and comfort level.
