Please note this property has a strict "No Party Policy".

After 10.30pm please move inside from your outside areas to avoid noise disturbing neighboring guests.

Any breach of this could result in a $250 fine per noise complaint and immediate eviction from the property.

Please note that the apartments are not serviced on a daily basis. However, daily housekeeping service is available upon request (charges apply).

Very happy, clean and tidy apartment

All clean and tidy, a good location for us and a short walk into the town centre.

Cons:

Our apartment was very close to the road so I found the apartment quite noisy with passing traffic and people coming home late at night in the area. I’m sure this wouldn’t worry most people but we are country folk!

Pros:

Great unit for 4 people. Very close to CBD, but quiet. For winter stay it's well equipped with lots of wall heaters, towel heater, warm sheets etc. Very clean, good facilities and otherwise very happy about it.

Excellent Location for a Queenstown Stay
