Pros:

Un trato excelente y unas instalaciones estupendas que van mejorando cada año. Hemos visitado este hotel múltiples veces en los últimos años y siempre ha sido un momento de relax y disfrute.

Cons:

Es la tercera vez que vamos y notamos que han bajado la calidad. Mucha gente en el spa, con niños que lamentablemente no se saben comportar, dejan abierta la puerta del sauna. No hay personal cerca para vigilar o verificar nada de nada. Las baldosas de la piscina están sueltas. El agua del jacuzzi SUPER CALIENTE, NO se controla el tiempo de las personas en el spa. Es lamentable que estas cosas ocurran, no tiene que ver con las buenas intenciones del hotel , pero con algo más de personal sería mejor el funcionamiento de las cosas.

Lugar agradable para una escapada y en una zona preciosa
Pros:

Los jardines y las instalaciones del restaurante y cafetería junto con la terraza, cuidados con mucho mimo y muy bonitos.
El desayuno es muy completo y está muy bien.
Las instalaciones del SPA eran suficientes para el tamaño del hotel y estaban bien cuidadas.
La ubicación es buena dada la cercanía a zonas de ocio: acuario, paseos, playas...y el restaurante Culler de Pau, que fue el motivo principal de nuestra visita.

Cons:

Personalmente no me gustó que éramos una pareja y cuando hicimos la reserva pedimos como referencia una double bed no twin bed.
El baño...la puerta no cerraba bien, iba muy rígida, y en la ducha el sistema de activación de agua en la alcachofa iba tremendamente duro.
Desconozco el grosor de las paredes...pero se escuchaba mucho el ruido y conversaciones de las habitaciones colindantes.

Très jolis jardins, très bon petit dej mais chambre bruyante
Pros:

les jardins, le petit déjeuner

Cons:

la chambre « booking.com» : a l’entrée du couloir (donc du passage), à côté de la salle de petit dej, de la porte qui claque et en dessous de la famille avec 3 enfants et sans vue (ok, on n’a pas payé pour une vue) et sans petit dej (qu’on a payé en plus mais ça valait la peine).
