Clean and modern feel.
Alba was very helpful and a great asset to your organisation

Cons:

Maybe it was that we arrived a bit early but my toilet was a disgrace.
Shame as the rest of the room was perfect.
paid extra for a castle view.
Blocked by new building and work.

A wonderful pilgrimage in a very comfortable hotel located in a peaceful part of Lourdes
Pros:

The breakfast was fine a good selection of what is necessary fruit yoghurt croissants eggs toast ham salami cakes . Coffee tea and juices . The room was comfortable and we loved the crisp white cotton sheets the fluffy white towels the very comfortable mattress and great pillows . Bathroom a bit small but brand new units extremely clean and comfortable. Wonderful peaceful location with a lift for those who don’t want to walk which takes you right to the sanctuary. Excellent air con in the room which was much needed after the high temperatures we encountered on our pilgrimage this week . Because of the heat we used the lift continuously and we reached the sanctuary in 5 minutes walking takes about 8 minutes but there are alot of steps . Too hot this time to walk . Lift is just by the cemetery. 2 minutes distance

L'emplacement..si on ne craind pas l'ascenseur pour rejoindre le centre 😊 sinon escalier mais centre a 5mn
Très bon petit déjeuner. Personnel agréable

Chambre un peu petite pour 2, pourtant chambre double.

Overall, it was a good and clean hotel for a 2 night stay
Pros:

The room was clean. And had all the facilities that we needed for a 2 night stay.
The staff were extremely helpful, which is quite handy as they spoke in French

Cons:

We didn’t have much of a view from our room. All we could see from our room was an empty building.
Also, it would be nice if there was some form of cooling in the room.

La distanza non è eccessiva abbastanza comado sia per raggiungere il centro che il santuario.

N.A. Ho prenotato solo la camera senza pasti.

Cons:

La dimensione della camera. Troppo stretta e ancora peggio quella del bagno.

L’hotel è situato in alto rispetto al caos del centro città ma è velocemente raggiungibile da un ascensore che si trova a pochi passi. Camera piccola ma confortevole con vista sul castello. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Très bon hôtel !
Pros:

Tout était très bien, le personnel très avenant et très gentil et aimable.
L’accueil était parfait, la literie confortable.
Tout était présent dans la salle de bain pour nous permettre de nous doucher et sécher les cheveux.
La chambre était parfaitement propre.
Le petit déjeuner très copieux et de bonne qualité.
Lors de notre séjour, il faisait très chaud et la climatisation dans la chambre était très bien venue.

Cons:

J’ai voulu allumer la Clim durant la nuit mais impossible de la laisser allumée, elle faisait un boucan d’enfer.
