I booked this hotel for the 2nd time but I’m not sure I would book a 3rd.
Pros:

How convenient the location is, inside arrivals. The staff was extremely welcoming and flexible with my requests to accommodate my family of 6. A 10/10 score for the hotel staff.

Cons:

We had stayed at Sleep & Fly in 2023 and the rooms that we booked were more modern. This time we booked the exact same room categories but the rooms were in a different location and were extremely dated. The shower floor was scratched. Unfortunately my elderly mother fell in the shower as it is extremely slippery and no rubber mats were available.

Signage to find the hotel is very poor especially coming from Terminal 2. Took a long time to find.

No kettle to make a cup of tea.
View is not great but doesnt matter

Won't stay there again.
Pros:

It was conveniet to sleep at the airport due to our early flight, at 5:30AM

Cons:

The desk receptionist man was very unpolite, did not make any effort to help us with our questions or inquiries. Besides that, a hotel at the airport is only valuable for very early or super late flights and the hotel did not offer any breakfast or food to go before 4AM and didn't have any snack or comforting food when we arrived around 00.30AM. Very desapointing! Next time we'll stay at other options nearby with half the price and a free shuttle service 24/7.

I booked this for convenience and it was all I needed!
Pros:

Staff! TOP. She took us to our room which is kind. We planned to stay the night before a flight so we could go into the city and front desk was so helpful into the most efficient way to get into town.

Cons:

I liked all. I wish all hotels could figure out how guests can NOT slam doors. MUST be a way??
