Clean rooms , great location, food was amazing
The location is magical; the place and the buildings have an unique history and charm. Everything is thereby, bedroom, restaurant, and peaceful nature.
The room and the bathroom are quite run down; a fresh renovation would help a lot
Fantastic location and surroundings. 2 restaurants on site (though one was closed). On-site pizzeria was excellent, superb pizzas, and there is an on-site brewery. Some of the staff were really friendly and welcoming. Warm comfortable room. Easy parking. Possibility to check in late was most welcome. Awesome breakfast, well worth it.
Room was quite outdated, very 1970s style - could do with some updating, especially the shower. No responses to emails sent via booking.com about the option of a late check-in, which is really disappointing and almost made me cancel my booking.
The place is getting better and better! Good food and very friendly staff! The value for money ratio is amazing!
The environment is nice, close to nature, food was good, people were nice.
The bed is not so clean, I found a lot of mice shit under pillow and on sheet, they were fallen from the gap between wall and roof. I didn’t dare to sleep with my head on that position because the mice shit can directly fall to my face, I slept in the direction of switching head and feet positions.

The breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day. It offerred enough food to enjoy things. The two restaurants onsite were a nice way to get a tasty meal. The room was a great size.
Finding the parking lot using Waze or Google Maps was challenging, as they try to get you to access the location from the side. However, this is not the fault of the hotel.
We loved the character of this unique location! Great food, fabulous service. Love that breakfast buffet was included. A great place if you're looking for accommodations with a bit of character and flair!

This hotel has so much character and charm. We had a lovely stay. The grounds with the lake were beautiful. The hotel restaurant served wonderful food at very reasonable prices. The dining room was beautiful which made for a very pleasant dinner.
This isn’t a dislike really because we thought the age of the hotel most definitely adds to its charm. We came to Germany to experience their culture and are not interested in staying at chain hotels so this hotel fit the bill just perfectly for us as we felt like we were staying in a historical hotel.
Je suis tombée amoureuse de cet endroit il y a un an. J’ai décidé d’y retourner cette année pour la fête des Chrysanthèmes cette fois ci accompagnée de mon conjoint et un couple d’amis.
L’emplacement est idéal, au calme. Les chambres sont très spacieuses. Le tour du lac est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner était très bien et la dame de la réception vraiment très gentille.

The breakfast was good, the staff we met were pleasant and accommodating. The room itself was spotless but no lift available.
The hours of reception were limited so questions we had went unanswered.
Für den Preis ist die Unterkunft sehr sehr gut. Das Einchecken ist ungewöhnlich (am Eingang des Restaurant hängt ein abgeschlossener Kasten, diesen kann man mit einem Code öffnen, dieser Code ist am Kasten auf einem Zettel angebracht). Das Zimmer war sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Matratzen waren in Ordnung. Badewanne war vorhanden aber kein Duschvorhang (deshalb beim Duschen aufpassen). Aber wie gesagt für den Preis einfach TOP.
