Kein Dampfbad, Sparmaßnahmen am Gast, Essen + Zimmer gut

Freundliches Personal
Zimmer sauber und gemütlich
Essen schmackhaft

Cons:

Leider war das Sole-Dampfbad nicht mehr existent, weshalb ich das Hotel gebucht hatte
Auf der Website nichts davon zu lesen, dass es geschlossen ist!
Essen wiederholt sich fast täglich; höherwertige Kuchen wurden zum Vorbesuch eingespart
Im Zimmer lässt sich die Heizung nicht regulieren, was zu extrem trockener Hitze nachts geführt hat
Beim Auschecken war die Rechnung falsch / zu hoch!

Pros:

Le personnel, l’emplacement, le cadre et le buffet

Cons:

Il faut sortir de l’hôtel pour aller dans un autre bâtiment pour accéder au spa. Bien que l’on ne puisse rien faire à ce niveau, il serait bien de l’indiquer. De plus, les installations du spa laissent à désirer. Tout est en bon état, mais nous n’avons pas trouvé la détente que peut offrir un spa un peu plus intime

The location was perfect, the rooms are good, maybe a little old, but well cleaned. The food was very good, great variety for both breakfast and dinner!

Cons:

I didn't like the spa center, it was quite old, didn't have much to offer, and was quite small for the hotel's capacity.

Kleine Auszeit mit Hund
Pros:

Wir hatten zuvor angefragt, ob unser Hund auch mit zu den Mahlzeiten dürfe. Dies war gar kein Problem. Unser Hund wurde auch sehr herzlich empfangen und es gab sogar Leckerlis an der Rezeption. Auch auf unserem Zimmer waren Leckerlis, Napf und ein Handtuch gerichtet. Das Frühstück und Abendessen war in Buffett-Form und geschamcklich gut.

Cons:

Wir waren im Nebenhaus "Himmelreich" was einigermaßen in die Jahre gekommen ist. Die Zimmer sind groß, jedoch das Bad klein und ziemlich "Oldschool". Für die vielen Gäste war der Wellness-Bereich zu klein. Weiterhin gab es die Unart der Gäste die Liegen zu belegen, auch wenn Sie in der Sauna waren (dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts dafür)

Zimmer absolut ausreichend, Essen sehr gut

Cons:

Personal sehr freundlich aber nicht wirklich um Behebung von Problemen bemüht (Automaten Defekt, Dachterrasse wurde ohne Info geschlossen obwohl noch Dinge draussen lagen, bereits 5 min. später war niemand mehr erreichbar der diese hätte öffnen können oder wollen?

Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen.Das Personal war im gesamten Haus sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer hatten eine gute Größe.

Cons:

Der Wellnessbereich ist etwas verschachtelt und die Sauna ist zu klein, sodass diese immer sehr voll war.

Cons:

Die Balkon eine Katastrophe, das Hotel schlechte Lage, mühsam mit parken, Wellness zu weit von Hotel, nicht alle saune im gleiche Ort. Das Hotel braucht dringend eine Sanierung.
