Important information:

The Oktopus Wassererlebniswelten water park is open until 6 pm on Saturdays and Sundays, and until 12 pm on Mondays.

In bad weather, the outdoor pool remains closed. In good weather, it's open from 8 am until 8 pm, and from 8 am until 12 pm on Mondays.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Sehr schöne extrem saubere Zimmer. Die Dame beim CheckIn war sehr freundlich. Aufzüge sind vorhanden.
Das Frühstück dort, in dem großen Frühstückssaal ist sehr reichhaltig.

Ich komme gerne wieder - nur kein Zimmer mehr zur Ampel :-)
Pros:

Das Zimmer lag zur Straße....eine Ampel unter mir hatte die Blindenfunktion und piepte munter vor sich hin. Die Gäste zogen ihre Koffer über den Geweg zum Parkplatz,,.,,,,
Das Frühstücksbuffet war Bombe!!

Cons:

Es sah etwas komisch aus, dass auf dem 2. Bett kein Bettzeug war......aber ja, ,ich bin ja alleine unterwegs.

Sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber.

Cons:

Ich hatte leider ein Zimmer zur Straße und zum Eingang des Schwimmbades, so dass es morgens schon sehr laut war.

Pros:

Ich bin Reiseverkehrskauffrau und suche auf meinen Reisen immer nach kleinen schicken Hotels, die besonders sind und dabei noch günstig. Hier habe ich ein Kleinod entdeckt. Vom netten Empfang bis zur Einrichtung und Frühstück UND dem kostenlosen Parken - es passte einfach alles.

Grenzend aan zwembad

Cons:

Queen size bed geboekt, eenmaal aangekomen 2 singles bedden. Naar receptie toe, geven ze aan we hebben dat type bed niet voor jouw kamer. Mij willen overtuigen dat 2 singles bedden een queen size bed is. Je hebt dit niet geboekt. Hele discussie dat dat niet kan en dat het niet zo is. Ik laat me reservering zien alsnog door blijven gaan dat dat niet kan en dat ze dat type bed niet hebben voor het type kamer wat bij hun in het systeem stond. Dus nogmaals de reservering laten zien dat ik geen specifieke kamer heb geboekt maar wel specifiek een queen size bed. Om de manager gevraagd maar deze was die avond niet aanwezig. Andere collega kwam er ook niet echt vriendelijk mee bemoeien. Uiteindelijk toch het bed gekregen wat ik als 1e instantie heb geboekt in een andere kamer. Onnodig discussies heen en weer terwijl het duidelijk staat in de reservering. Jammer dat het zo had moeten lopen. De juiste kamer uiteindelijk was erg goed. Ontbijt was simpel

Spacious room, variety in breakfast and free parking a few meters from the hotel.

Cons:

Visible spider nets on both windows with insects but no insects in the room 😁.
No air-conditioning available.
The pillows were very fluffy and uncomfortable.
No fridge either.

Pros:

Goede kamer, prima restaurant, lekker ontbijt, aardig personeel. Gratis gebruik van binnen- en buitenzwembad, wat fijn was met het warme weer. Wel druk, want de zwembaden zijn open voor iedereen van binnen en buiten hotel.

Meerdere restaurants op loopafstand voor als je buiten het hotel zou willen eten.

Door onduidelijkheid wat betreft geboekte upgrade via Booking.com wat niet goed doorgegeven/geregistreerd stond kregen we in eerste instantie simpele kamer. Bij navraag en volhouden vanuit onze kant werd dit toch omgezet. Bij gebrek aan beschikbaarheid comfort kamer kregen we een suite. Fijn dat dit mogelijk was en er werd meegedacht. .

Cons:

De communicatie vanuit Booking.com naar het hotel toe over de aangeboden en van te voren betaalde upgrade leek niet goed. Gelukkig goed opgelost door het hotel.

De suite heeft een open badkamer vanuit slaapgedeelte met een grote inloopdouche achter een glazen wand, dus weinig privacy tijdens het douchen.

Helaas geen koelkastje en geen koffie/thee op de kamer.
