The Oktopus Wassererlebniswelten water park is open until 6 pm on Saturdays and Sundays, and until 12 pm on Mondays.

In bad weather, the outdoor pool remains closed. In good weather, it's open from 8 am until 8 pm, and from 8 am until 12 pm on Mondays.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Sehr freundliche und kundenorientierte Mitarbeiter
Pros:

Wir mußten unseren Aufenthalt diesmal sehr kurzfristig wg. Krankheit stornieren. Das Hotel hat schnell, sehr freundlich und sehr kulant reagiert. Danke dafür!
Aus Erfahrungen früherer Aufenthalte können wir das Hotel und ganz besonders das ausgezeichnete Frühstück nur empfehlen.

Cons:

Hatten ein Kingsizebett gebucht und 2 Einzelbetten bekommen. Bei Nachfrage bekamen wir zumindest ei Doppelzimmer aber ohne irgendein Upgrade. Im Doppelzimmer war kein Wlan-Empfang, nur an der Zimmertür. Bei Nachfrage wurde nur gesagt, dass bei der Rezepzion keine Störung sei. War auch das letzte Mal in diesem Hotel...

Pros:

Das Hotel ins sehr gut gleich nebenan ist ein Schwimmbad und Taucher-Center .
Rechnung im Hotel ,Zimmer können aber nur Kreditkarte bezahlt werden .

Cons:

Das nur mit Kreditkarte gezahlt werden kann ,und das man nachmittags erst ab 15.00 Uhr einchecken kann
