According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

Funcionários muito solicitos e educados. Piscina aquecida muito gostosa assim como as banheiras de hidromassagem. Café da manhã maravilhoso!!

Internet lenta e o controle remoto da televisão quase me levou o réu primário. Pilhas fracas e fita adesiva grudenta no controle .

Eu fiquei sem estadia e sem local para dormir, devido a divergência de informações da plataforma.
Pros:

A segunda reserva da Noite e eu não consegui me hospedar, no booking disse que tinha café da manhã, no hotel queriam cobrar a mais por ele, não tinha estacionamento no hotel, a funcionária apesar de educada não fez qualquer questão de fazer meu chekin, disse que o booking era problema. Outra coisa no anúncio disse que era quarto triplo, no local disseram que a criança teria que dormir na cama com os pais.

Funcionários atenciosos. Localização.

Cons:

Travesseiros desconfortáveis, tinha mofo no teto e parede do banheiro, estacionamento pago (não está muito claro na reserva) e, com o absurdo de cobrar mais caro por ser veículo importado! Não sei como inventam uma tabela dessas pra deixar o veículo num terreno na frente do hotel ao ar livre! Decepção, não recomendo, ainda que os funcionários sejam super educados.
