Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

1 não específico que o pet pagava mais quando eu cheguei aí disse que o meu pet tem que pagar.
Tinha uma sobremesa azeda orrivel.
Um dos funcionários me atendeu como se eu fosse um mentiroso.
O telefone não fonciona não tem tomada de energia 110 wv.
Cobertas orrivel os pé fica de fora.

Me hospedei no Rieger no dia 21/04/2026. Eu, meu marido, minhas filhas e meu irmão. Todos nós nós sentimos muito acolhidos pelos funcionários, atendimento ótimo, hotel muito elegante, extremamente limpo, amplo espaço interno! Sala de jogos com várias opções, área kids, piscinas aquecidas SENSACIONAIS! Mas o melhor de tudo foi o café da manhã, melhor eu nunca vi. Estão de parabéns, voltaremos.

Atendimento, funcionários um pouco grosseiros na recepção. Pedi pra limpar o quarto entre 12h e 14h, pois trabalharia lá nos demais horários, falaram que sim, mas não mandaram ninguém enquanto estávamos fora. Pedi para ligar o ar condicionado da academia e não ligaram. O piso do box entupia de água e a descarga não funcionava direito. Os amenities eram muito ruins. Para um hotel que a diária com estacionamento e café chega em R$ 500,00, deixou MUITO a desejar.
