According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

O atendimento é muito ruim, na chegada para o checkin umas 3 pessoas para serem atendidas, levei mais de uma hora para ser atendido. Mesma coisa no serviço de vallet, pedi o carro e levou mais de uma hora pra trazerem e só reclamaram o atendente disse que era assim mesmo

Café da manhã excelente, com muitas variedades e as comidas eram realmente MUITO saborosas. As piscinas também eram muito boas, as crianças amaram. Cama confortável e localização excelente.

Cons:

Banheiro sem ventilação, o que acarreta em mal odor se fechado por muito tempo. Paredes finas e chuveiro extremamente barulhento. Pratos e utensílios do quarto estavam extremamente sujos e empoeirados.

a pior estadia da minha vida no pior hotel que já fui. eles anunciam como 4 estrelas, mas com certeza não merecem nem 1.
não vale o preço, nem pela localização.

conforto: cama extremamente dura, edredom queimado.
janelas do quarto não fecham completamente deixando entrar vento a noite toda, e deixando quarto super barulhento da rua.

segurança: tentaram entrar no nosso quarto mas a trança não funcionou por conta da bateria. em outro momento, nosso filho estava dormindo e eu estava nua quando 2 camareiras entraram no nosso quarto fazendo um barulho super alto, que acordou meu filho e me colocou em uma posição super vulnerável. a tranca da porta que impediria esse tipo de violação estava quebrada.

fidelidade ao anúncio: apartamento anunciado com ar condicionado quente e frio nos dois quartos + mini cozinha. na realidade os dois ar condicionados dividem o mesmo controle, ou seja só um dos quartos pode usar o ar condicionado por noite. a cozinha é na verdade um armário com microondas.

estacionamento: cobrado a parte, 60 reais por dia, descoberto e no lamaçal, então carro extremamente sujo de lama. manobrista desconectou o nosso bluetooth do carro, e conectou em uma rádio evangélica durante a manobra de 1 minuto de pegar carro na rua e estacionar ele do outro lado da carro. mais uma violação da nossa privacidade e um absurdo que ele tenha se sentido no direito de fazer isso, porque de caso pensado deixou em um louvor evangélico - somos lésbicas.

viajando com criança: a piscina infantil não é aquecida, somente a adulto, o que está no anúncio porém dificulta demais para quem tem filhos pequenos que não conseguem nada em uma piscina de 1,60m.
a brinquedoteca é nojenta, os brinquedos são velhos, extremamente sujos encardidos e enferrujados. sinceramente nojento deixar seu filho brincar lá.
os jogos são todos velhos, o Air hockey não joga ar da forma correta, o pebolim está tão estragado que tem uma caida permanente para a esquerda.
