According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

O hotel é simples, as acomodações bem antigas, a tv smart não funciana direito e por ser mais antigo o quarto tem poucas tomadas, armarios e demais utensilios do quarto são antigos, a cama é boa a equipe atenciosa.

Cons:

o estacionamento aparece como incluso quando você fecha aqui pelo booking, quando chega la a diária é de R$70,00.

Atendimento muito bom. Café da manhã excelente, muito variado. Ótima piscina.

Cons:

Arredamos uma cômoda pra juntar um anel que caiu embaixo e tava bem sujo debaixo dela. Havia um grande buraco na parede atrás da cômoda. Ficamos preocupados que pudesse entrar algum bicho por ali durante a noite.
