Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

card holder is not staying at the Hotel (to present documentation) or if payment
or if the payment is made with a virtual card, the reception will request a new payment

The name on the credit card used to make the reservation must match the name of the guest who will be accommodated at the property. For reservations made by a third party, an authorization form must be filled out and a copy of the ID document and credit card used must be presented.

Please note that only 1 child under 5 years old sharing a bed with the parents will benefit from free accommodations. The 2nd child will pay the full rate.

Excepicional e a melhor experiência de todas que já ficamos lá.

Hotel completo, ótimo custo benefício localização excelente, café da manhã maravilhoso, piscina aquecida, sala de jogos completa, academia, sauna, após a reforma ficou ainda melhor, e fomos atendidos pelo supervisor João Carlos que nos atendeu super bem, atendimento impecável. Super recomendo! Com certeza voltaremos

Quarto bem amplo. Café da manhã muito bom e com muitas opções. Piscina aquecida. Funcionários atenciosos. O micro-ondas no quarto faz toda a diferença Boa localização perto do centro, shopping, restaurantes e comércio em geral

O fato do café da manhã não estar incluído na estadia, nos deixou chateados, claro que ao reservar estava escrito e não observei, mas nas deveriam permitir os aplicativos nos enganar.

Eu gosto muito do hotel já fiquei hospedado muitas vezes!

O funcionário da recepção não quis ajudar em nada porque nós chegamos as 23 horas e falou que não tinha camareira para separar as camas de solteiro que erra para nós dormir em dois homens em uma cama de casal aí reclamando tinha um quarto ao lado com duas camas de solteiro e uma cama de casal!!
