According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

De como é lidado com a forma de pagamento. O pagamento foi feito com cartão de crédito virtual.
Por mais que tenha esta informação constando aqui no Booking, é um incoveniente muito grande a intransigência com relação a este formato de pagamento que é o único mais seguro que pode ser feito e ser aproveitado a condição não reembolsável. Não tem como ser feito com o cartão físico pois o risco de golpes é muito grande.

Gostei do atendimento, equipe educada e prestativa.

Cons:

Gostei da estadia, mas deixo como sugestão de melhoria a revisão do chuveiro. A água está saindo de forma irregular e torta, o que torna o banho um pouco desconfortável. Uma limpeza simples nos furos do chuveiro deve resolver.

O hotel tem um café da manhã impecável. As piscinas também são ótimas, principalmente para quem vai com criança. A localização do hotel é maravilhosa. Shopping e mercado bem perto. A hospitalidade dos funcionários também é excelente. Todos muito cordiais.

Cons:

Já me hospedei 3 vezes e, dessa última vez, achei que a roupa de cama deixou um pouco a desejar. Cobertas descosturadas e não estavam muito cheirosas. Não estavam no padrão Rieger, que é tudo impecável.
