Clean tidy great location
I love the view of the ocean and the ships passing by. The apartments are quiet and clean.
We stayed in a studio unit which was small but comfortable, looking out over Kings Beach.
Excellent - the welcome happier pack was a nic touch too. Highly recommended & location is great

Returning back to Brisbane, decided to have a 3 night stay in Caloundra, ULTIQA Shearwater Kings Beach.
On my arrival I was greeted by a delightful receptionist. She was very helpful with my enquiries, my Studio Room, was adequate for myself. King size bed, balcony with water views, large bathroom, and a Surprise Welcome Pack full of goodies (wine, potato chips, dip, crackers, 2 beers.) Fantastic! Restaurant downstairs. across the road heading towards Bulcock beach on the walk way were other eateries. Great Spot!
First time in a Studio apartment. Didn't like the 2 steps to drag luggage up or the 2 doors to access. Very difficult to hold open and get luggage through by myself.
Loved view and position of bed closer to view rather than the apartments I've stayed in before where bedroom is at back.
The wether was terrible but a great place to wait out the rain. Will be back hopefully when the weather is fine.
Shearwater is a lovely complex. Overlooking the ocean from our unit was a beautiful bonus.

Our stay at Shearwater, Caloundra was excellent. We were able to check in online a day before and were allowed into our room at 12:00pm instead of the usual 2:00pm room check in. Our request for a higher room level was also fulfilled. To top it off, a welcome hamper was waiting for us on the table. The view of the boardwalk and the ocean from the balcony was spectacular.
