En el centro, como una reina
Pros:

Espectacular, me encantó el lugar, la ubicación, como nos trataron, toda la información que nos dieron. Fue un broche perfecto para un final de viaje de verano. Gracias!
La bodega del hotel es muy curiosa y nos tomamos un vino que nos encantó y luego compramos en una vinoteca para traer para casa.

Hotel Spa con servicio de masaje inaceptable. ¡Cuidado!

Era la última noche de una estancia larga en el Pais Vasco y pensabamos regalarnos una masaje para los dos en este hotel Spa. El masajista nos hizo bastante daño. E incluso avisandole, seguia apretando demasiado fuerte. Al día siguiente mi mujer tenía varios hematomas en brazos y piernas. Hoy, una semana más tarde, se ven claramente todavía, aunque el hinchazon ha bajado. En mi opinion, un hotel que además se llama Spa, no puede permitirse poner en peligro la integridad física de sus huespedes. El servicio de masaje era inaceptable, un maltrato y llevado a cabo sin ningun conocimiento de la fisiología humana por parte del masajista. Ni nos preguntó por alergias, enfermedades, medicación u otros dolencias, que sería una comportamiento profesional. La verdad, un cero.

El segundo incidente fue una sorpresa en el restaurante del hotel. La comida era exquisita, sin duda. Compartimos una rodaballo al horno, fuera de carta. No nos avisaron que nos cobrarían 100€ por el rodaballo. Pensando que los platos de pescado del menu tenía precios entre 22 y 24 € nada nos hacía pensar que este plato subía a 50€ por persona. Y era un rodaballo pequeño que tal vez pesaba 1 kilo. Lamentamos que el camarero no nos informó adecuadamente. Nos ha dejado con mal gusto este engaño.

La evaluación general "Mal" corresponde a estas dos incidencias que nos han de alguna manera arruinado el día final de nuestras vacaciones. Una pena.

The best for sure
Pros:

Loved it all. Old building but really well restored with obvious love and attention. Every part of it was just divine from art to table decorations and the bedrooms were really spacious. Set in centre of town. Just perfect

Absolutely Outstanding
Pros:

Fantastically located in the heart of Laguardia. This is an extraordinary little hotel, full of character, with unique architecture and beautiful décor that perfectly reflects the charm of the town. From the moment you walk in, you feel completely immersed in the atmosphere and history of Laguardia. The whole experience was wonderful, we absolutely loved our stay and would happily return.

One has the be careful with the bathtub is quite slippery.

Pros:

The location is very central in this small town. The rooms were lovely; we had one facing the front and so had lovely views from our balconies.
We had breakfast and dinner on both of the days we stayed and the food was tasty and there was a large selection of wines as you might expect.

Cons:

Lighting in the ensuite was a bit dim.
