Beautiful decore. Nice staff, nice breakfast. The wine collection was exceptional.
The SPA was a disappointment. A cold Jacuzzi and a cold Steam room which was also not very clean. It felt like it was just switched on before our SPA reservation. No matter what...if you offer a SPA , you make sure the it is warm/hot.

La ubicación creo que sería lo más importante para la mayoría de turistas, está justo al centro de todo, el bus te deja prácticamente en la puerta.
Pero la limpieza, el mismo hotel, la atención de todos, una maravilla!!

There was a different atmosphere in the small lobby of this hotel upon check in. It was lively and warm for such a small town and cold day. We felt like we were being greeted into Chari and Andrea's home more so than a hotel.
Our room was immaculate and gorgeous. It is clear that no expense was spared in the fixtures, furniture, and artwork that adorns the rooms and common areas. It leaves you with the impression that this is a labour of love more so than a business. Chari's presence, seemingly at all hours, reinforces this idea.
Dinner at the Los Parajes was of a high standard in quality, preparation, and presentation. Roberto offered excellent suggestions from an extensive wine list and provided attentive service throughout the meal.
Andrea was very helpful in arranging transportation to surrounding wineries and guiding us to what Laguardia has to offer. It made for three wonderful days in this lovely town.

Quarto limpo, amplo e confortável! A cama era boa e o restaurante também muito conveniente para uma refeição ao final do dia...
Faço uma sugestão importante: o banheiro era semi-aberto para o quarto e não vejo nenhuma necessidade disso... Além de estar frio na época em que me hospedei, ao acender a luz para tomar banho, quem ainda está na cama acaba sendo incomodado... No caso deste hotel, entendo que a adaptação seja muito fácil de ser executada...
