В отеле лишь один плюс, это его локация.

Cons:

Настолько убитых отелей не видела давно. Мало того, что все старое и раздолбанное, так еще и грязное. Кругом мусор и плесень. Ну и вайф фай, как говорится «йок».

Her yaz Kaş Yarımada'ya gelirim. Civardaki otellerin çoğunda konakladım. Bu yaz ilk defa kızımla geldim ve bu yüzden deniz ve yüzme güvenliğini önceliğime aldım. Kızımla 5 gece kaldık. Deniz manzaralı odamız harikaydı, özellikle sabahın erken saatlerinde oturup kuş seslerini dinlemek çok keyifliydi. Kahvaltıdan ve otel personelinin güler yüzlü, yardımsever tavılarlarından çok memnun olduk. Otelin kendi plajı olması ve deniz muhteşemdi ve küçük çocukların bile yüzmesi için çok güvenliydi. Çok doğru bir seçim yapmışız, ileriki senelerde tekrar gelmek isteriz.

Konum ve deniz çok iyi, temizlik berbat, odalar rutubet kokuyor, kahvaltı aşırı vasat, kahvaltı alınan yer pis, havuzun su şırıltı sesi odanın içinde resmen, çok güzel bi konumu olan otelde malesef bakım, hizmet ve temizlik sıfır. Fiyat performans olarak bile değerlendirilemeyecek kadar kötü bi deneyimdi. Heryer beyaz boyalı olduğu için fotolarda güzel görünüyor ama gerçekte olan aşırı rutubet kokulu, ışıksız ve ses yalıtımsız odalar, kirli kahvaltı alanı, gördüğüm en vasat kahvaltı. Tek güzel olan konum ve deniz.

If you prioritise swims over cleanliness then stay here
Pros:

We took the reviews into account when booking the hotel as it’s right on the water and that’s the main reason for our booking. We expected very subpar stay. The best part about it is the access to the water a right at your hotel, which we loved. There is a walk down with quite a few stairs to the beach club area (so need a few stops on the way up).

Cons:

As mentioned in other reviews, the cleaning was below average. The cleaner knocked on our door and expected us to leave in that second, didn’t speak English, and made for a few awkward and uncomfortable interactions.

The main beach club area the floor was never cleaned. So imagine white wooden panels that are slippery with wet dirty feet… you can see the dirt and it’s not cleaned by the next morning. Feels icky

None of the staff speak English and even when you say good morning they ignore you. They could do with some improvement in hospitality and customer service.

The rooms are small which are expected, but the beds are super hard , my butt was going numb as I slept.

Our toilet blocked but they had a plumber come in and repair it which was great although it always smelt and they used a camping light as a bathroom light so it was super dark.

Just expect a subpar experience in exchange for daily swims.

Локация чудесная, свой выход к морю, всегда свободные лежаки, чистые красивые бассейны со свежей водой, но номера это шок, бронировали семейный номер за 150 евро в сутки без какого либо питания вообще, номер повергает в шок, низкие потолки, крошечный, ванна с туалетом в шкафу купе, просто отделили раздвижными дверьми часть комнаты и сделали там СУ (кто то лежит на кровати, и прям через перегородку унитаз), душевая кабина в жесткой черной плесени, штукатурка трескается и отваливается, проводка торчит, телевизор нам не нужен, но если хотите его смотреть, то только стоя из туалета , изголовье кровати прибито скребками степлера, дверь между комнатами на закрывается, косяки рассохлись и она не входит в проем, второй кондиционер не работает, уединиться и как то закрыться от ребёнка на ночь не получится, шкаф с пластиковыми дверцами на которых пластик сыпется на пол трухой, муравьи бегают дорожками по стенам и по полу, поскольку входная дверь с щелями, если бы этот номер стоил 3000р в сутки, такое можно было бы простить, но когда платишь 150 евро, этот разрыв в цене и качестве шокирует. Персонал выглядит утомленным, цены в ресторане отеля космические, картошка фри 300 лир, пиво 0,3 - 450 лир, приносят его без бокала, просто в бутылке. Вывозит этот отель локация, пляж, потрясающие виды на море и инфинити пул. И ещё моментик, если вы думали покупать пивко в мигросе и хранить его в холодильнике номера, у вас это не получится, холодильник размером с узкую книжную полку (фото прилагаю) и еле холодит, я вообще не знала о существовании таких крошечных холодильников, возможно это для косметики или лекарств, он ужасно старый и очень громко шумит, ночью мешает спать.
