Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs AUD 20 per day.

WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for AUD 20 per person per stay when using an available cot.
People no matter the age stay for AUD 50 per person per night when using an available extra bed.

Spacious and great location very quiet at night and day
Dishwasher didn’t work
The 3 bedroom was extremely large. Great living area and kitchen. Full laundry and bathrooms. If you are looking for something in the Docklands then it’s right in the water.

The only negative was the TVs!!!
The tv in the lounge wasn’t a smart tv and you couldn’t watch Netflix or anything similar. You couldn’t even screen share as the tv was so old. The tv in the bedroom didn’t even work as there was no aerial connected. Disappointed!
Room and View was good location was good
So close to free trams.,close to waterfront and grocery shop and bottle shop at front door, but exceptionally quiet area, no traffic.

Its a spacious unit in ground floor, huge living space, has beautiful views from lounge room and master bedroom.
2nd and 3rd bedrooms are facing the side of another building with now view. The unit is due for kitchen and bathroom renovation to make it more enjoyable to stay. no smart tv.

Great Location to trams Helpful staff
Our 2 bed 2 bath unit, with south view. Very basic, dated and grubby. Dirty and uncomfortable sofa/chair. Bathrooms need a deep clean. Noisy, especially 2-3am with cars or motorcycles racing/loud engines every night. Probably because of the deserted streets
