Somente a localização

Cons:

O ar-condicionado fazia um barulho horrível. Mesmo o funcionário indo até lá para consertar o barulho voltou durante a madrugada e foi horrível para dormir.

Gostei do custo benefício
- localização privilegiada, próximo a tudo.
- equipe atenciosa
- café da manha simples, mas com muita qualidade.
- Uso do locker após o check-out achei muito bom e um diferencial, pois conseguimos almoçar tranquilo antes de ir para o aeroporto.
- quartos limpos, cama confortável, chuveiro ótimo.

Cons:

Fiquei um pouco preocupado com o cheiro de gás no quarto, mas pode ser pela estrutura antiga do prédio. Mas nada que desabone o hotel.

excelente hotel

O local é bem localizado, perto de tudo como comércios e praia! valor muito barato para o hotel, fui bem recebido e fácil localização, o quarto era muito limpo, organizado e confortável, tudo estava funcionando perfeitamente e o café da manhã é excepcional, super recomendado o hotel para quem deseja!

Cons:

se for para dizer algo, seria a cama que era duas de solteiras e não de casal que ficava se dividindo caso mexesse muito e o andar, ficamos no 13º e o elevador só iria até o 12º, tinha que subir uma escada mas nada que fosse negativo

Excelente custo benefício
Pros:

O atendimento é excepcional, se o quarto estiver disponível não se opõe em liberar, isso foi um ponto alto na nossa experiência. O quarto era espaçoso, com frigobar.

Cons:

O café da manhã não condiz com o padrão do hotel. Suco artificial muito ruim, não tinha iogurte. Se melhorassem o padrão do suco, já ajudaria 100%.

Cons:

Lenzuola sporche, asciugamani vecchie, porta scorrevole della doccia rotta, l’acqua passava e bagnava il pavimento.
Personale alla reception scontroso e poco educato ( sopratutto durante il check-in), facendo notare le regole in tono quasi minaccioso! Quelli del turno serale un pò meglio.
Decisamente scomodo e complicato salire le scale con dei bagagli pesanti , nessuno disposto ad aiutare.
L’orario del check-in è veramente pessimo, la gente arriva in città la mattina presto , è immorale fare aspettare fino alle 14, per poi lasciare la camera prima delle 24h.
Abbiamo lasciato i bagagli in una stanza , un signore non qualificato si è occupato di spostarli rivolgendosi in modo molto rude a due donne .

Surpresa boa
Pros:

A simpatia de todos os funcionários, da recepção à camareira. Foram sempre extremamente solicitos, com destaque para a Sofia Macedo.
A localização é maravilhosa, com mercado, farmácia, lojinhas e McDonald's quase na porta.
O quarto é grande e limpo.
