À chacun de mes séjours dans cet hôtel, je me retrouve systématiquement dans la même chambre. Et à chaque fois, je signale que la baignoire est bouchée. Pourtant, visiblement, rien n’est fait, puisque lorsque je reviens, le problème est toujours le même !

Par ailleurs, j’avais réservé un séjour en pension complète (dîner + petit-déjeuner). Mon vol ayant eu plus de 4 heures de retard et ayant finalement été dérouté vers CDG, j’ai pris soin de prévenir l’hôtel afin de pouvoir bénéficier d’un en-cas à notre arrivée, compte tenu de l’heure tardive. Nous sommes finalement arrivés à 2h30 du matin et, à ma grande surprise, l’hôtesse m’a demandé de payer l’en-cas pour les 2 enfants et 1 adulte.

Je trouve cette situation particulièrement décevante, d’autant plus que j’avais pris la peine de prévenir l’établissement à l’avance et que mon séjour avait été réservé en pension complète.
