The staff was very friendly like the lady that was in reception she was very helpful and your cleaners was brilliant and very helpful , good customer service , good communicators and fast pace .

The advertisement and what we received is another thing , we booked as the advert was studio apartment and full kitchen set cause we bought our own self catering meals only to find its not like that .



Was really dissapointed wish they were some where some how they should have a button to select studio apartment or simple room . That put us in other cost cause we had to change and do take aways , what about the self catering we bought 🥺🥺🥺😰

Reception staff was extremely helpful. That’s the only great thing there

Nothing,the was no glasses even in the bathroom.
The was no mirror in the room I stayed in.
The was no ironing board had to iron on top of the table.
