Toilet broken shower head broken no drinking water not tea or coffee facility no ironing boeard no hand towel no foot towel

The Room was very uncomfortable furniture is way too old I mean very bad facilities, the place need a make over it didn't meet my expectations at all. The money I paid was way to big than what I got.

As I was sleeping I had somebody entering my room I woke up in a big shock, it's was an assistant an old indian lady apparently the old lady was claiming my room to be hers and I was so disturbed emotionally I couldn't sleep afterwards because I was afraid and all that and to think about the safety of my stuff in there if I was not there I was gonna come back find someone sleeping in my room and what about my stuff and my safety? They are so not legit they need to do their work much appropriate because they should know who's room it's by checking on their system. I'm never going back there I didn't feel safe at all

Room is tired, found a cockroach first night. Room has mould all over. Shower grouting is black. Tv had the same thing playing on 3 different channels. Asked to have it rectified; it fell on deaf ears right through my stay.

The security wasn't the greatest

Found it strange to have a shower in the room itself.Hard pillows ,towels were old and crusty and had bleach stains. The toilet was clean, but there was no ventilation, not even a window. Please do clean the door and walls .They supplied the cheapest 1 ply and no air freshener. Hotel amenities were dissmal a small soap that smelled like green sunlight soap,half a bottle of hand lotion, and 1 bottle of hair conditioner supplied. Tea station disappointing, we had to ask for tea and coffee and coffee mugs which they gladly supplied 2 ricoffy satches and 2 tetley teabags sugar n creamer. the cheapest of the cheapest. Mismatched mugs looked like the receptionist loaned us their mugs. Luckily we always carry our own cups,towels and tea and coffee.Very thin walls , noisy at night with guests returning and leaving. No towel racks. The tv was disappointing 2 channels . Please do invest in a smart tv . A microwave and a 1 bottle of water would have been nice. Overall, it was a cheap price if it's a one day stay. I would rate it as a 1 star hotel. It's the simple things that counts that can make a place more welcoming n enjoyable.

The whole building and rooms smell like cigarette.
There is nothing to hang towels or put soap in the shower.
Everytime u go out u have to leave the key at the reception.
There is leakage in the toilet and no toilet brush aftet toilet use.
