Ibis Marseille Centre Euromed

I chose this hotel for the location close to the cruise ship port. We stayed 2 nights to enjoy Le Vieux Port and nearby shopping. Great value for a nice place to lay your head after a day of sightseeing.

Bon hôtel, bien placé, parking possible payant en réservant directement à l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner acceptable sans être exceptionnel, malheureusement rapport qualité/prix très moyen pour un hôtel trois étoiles, car le tarif est souvent bien plus proche des 200€ que des 100€

Good hotel with friendly staff. The hotel location is good. About a 10-15 minute walk from the main dock area. The only downside was the AC. It doesn't work very well and we were hot.

We stayed for 1 night at the Ibis Marseille Centre Euromed. We were happy with our stay; we arrived before 2pm check in but leaving our bags was not a problem; they were stored safely. Check in was quick and efficient. Staff were friendly. There is an area to work in the reception and a restaurant/bar but we didn't use these so cannot comment. There is a free water dispenser in the reception area which was handy.
Our room on the 6th floor was quiet, spacious and very clean. The bed was large and comfortable, the shower was excellent and the air conditioning was functional. Only 2 gripes; another pillow would have been excellent (although I guess we could have asked for another!). Secondly, there is parking at the nearby QPark Espercieux which gives you a discounted rate of 25EUR/24hrs. We emailed ahead of time to advise that we would like to take advantage of this; all we had to do was email the car reg to the hotel and everything would be taken care of. On arrival to the car park, our reg was recognised by ANPR and we parked and exited without issue; the snag - being charged full price (46EUR) at check in. However, when we realised this and brought it to the attention of the staff, a refund was immediately credited to our account - the sign of good customer service - problems occur, but when they do they are dealt with efficiently and courteously. I have no hesitations recommending this hotel and would happily stay again!

Vraiment super bien situé un personnel très agréable !

The hotel itself seemed nice. Only stayed one night and it worked for what we needed. The bed was normal, but the room was fairly small. The bathroom was not of the highest quality. The hotel was walkable to some of the main attractions in the city. They staff was friendly and helpful.

Room was extremely basic for the price, no basic amenities such as a kettle, fridge or proper wardrobe. Staff were friendly but I wouldn’t recommend as more than a stop over

L'hôtel est très bien situé entre le port pour les départs des navires et le vieux port.
La chambre était très propre et confortable.
Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très complet avec du chaud (œufs brouillés, durs, ratatouille, bacon, petites crêpes), du froid (fromages, crudités, jambon blanc et poulet) en plus de céréales, pains variés, viennoiseries, fruits frais, laitages, option VG, confitures, café, thé Palais des thés et jus fruits.
L'accueil est tres réactif et m'a imprimé 1 document dont j'avais besoin. J'y sejournerai volontiers lors d'un prochain passage dans la ville.

Albergo comodo per raggiungere il centro città con il tram che passa lì sotto. La struttura è moderna e confortevole, unica pecca nel bagno ci sono solo asciugamani per la doccia e mancano quelli per il viso. Il personale è gentilissimo ed il cibo ottimo. Lo consiglio.

L'hôtel Ibis est très bien situé dans le quartier de la Joliette à proximité de commerces, du métro, 15-20 min du vieux port, mucem…C’est le point fort.
Cependant très déçu du petit déjeuner, peu de choix,pas très varié, les produits ne sont pas de qualité et pas réapprovisionnés(chaque matin il manquait quelque chose) Comparé a d’autre Ibis en France et à l étranger ce n est pas à la hauteur de ce que j’ai pu voir.
De plus exception des femmes de ménage qui étaient très polies, et un jeune homme avec des lunettes très accueillant ( petit déjeuner)et qui disait bonjour. L accueil à la reception est professionnel mais pas très convivial et chaleureux , les derniers mots de la réceptionniste : tout est bon…je suis pas exigeante mais quand même.
