Baan Silom Soi 3

Everything about my stay was excellent and it’s my go-to place when I’m in Bangkok. Close to BTS, MRT and Lumphini Park, it’s a lively and cool neighborhood. As for the property, it’s a family run place with big rooms and great staff. I’d barely walk out of my room before cleaning staff were in there. One time I left my key in the room and the host called up to staff and retrieved my key in 5 minutes. If you’re looking for swimming pools and breakfasts, go somewhere else. But if you’re looking for a nice place to stay at a reasonable price, all is good.

I will be back definitely.

Lovely hotel with lovey staff. Broke my toe and they went out of their way to help me out. The rooms are huge, clean and comfortable. They leave snacks for guests and made sure to restock my room with water and towels daily.

Excellent property

A lady at the check-in was trying to charge me again despite I already paid for my accommodation through Wotif. They took me to another building across the road which was like to Air BnB due to the main hotel was full. I didn't get a WiFi code but the room's condition was acceptable. There is a gym and a pool in the building. So, I can't complain.

Very convenient

I stayed here for eight nights and it was great because it was everything I needed. Good location. Quiet soi. Close to the SkyTrain and MRT. Seems like a family-run place, and they were always friendly. Being an older place the room was huge and everything worked well. I asked for the room to be made up every other day, and they made sure to leave two bottles of water at my front door on the days when I didn't ask for it to be cleaned. ... The things they didn't have -- like a pool or breakfast -- are things I didn't need. All was excellent. Cheers!

A staff at the front counter was friendly. The room was spacious and clean. It's so convenient to walk to the market, restaurants and BTS.

Bed was super comfy! Its well located near 2 BTS station and plenty of shops around.
I would stay here again. It felt safe to walk at night.

A very nice hotel situated in the heart of Silom. They just need to get the Google location sorted out,(which they said they would) as I was sent to the wrong location originally.

Friendly staff. Convenient location. Reasonably priced.

It is not a hotel but an old apartment converted to motel. It is family type business. They don’t know anything about customer services, hotel management and hospitality.

The bed very hard. The shower water take time to get warm and old fashion

No kettle to boil water.

There is 2 way small road in front the hotel. Be careful when you walking on the road to avoid any accident. At night the road also very dark.

Your friends or guests are not allow to visit you in the room. They will charge you 700 bath per guest if he/she step in your room. Your friends only can talk with you at the sofa in front the reception area.
If you didn’t not pay them the money, they will threaten and force you to stop staying at their hotel even though you already paid to Expedia for entire stays.

The receptionist and staffs are very impolite.

Cars can park at parking area but need to pay parking fees everyday.

Absolutely not recommend this hotel. You can get better hotel with this price around that area. I believe other hotels will provide you an excellent services, welcoming hospitality, polite services, caring and safe stay.

It's quiet yet close by to all the actions and food

I booked this hotel so I could be close to hospital and this is close to lots of street food on Silom rd. This hotel has an elevator, nice size rooms and nice bed. No coffee and tea in the room , you have to go down to lobby to get them. The bad part of this area is the street the hotel is on , it has no sidewalks so walking along the street was dangerous. This is an ok hotel but it is over priced for what you get. I stayed in another hotel on the other side of Silom Rd my last trip that had everything this place does plus they had a free breakfast and it cost about half as much. So there are cheaper places that are just as good in this area of Bangkok.

Actually a old private apartment converted into a hotel. Facilities was lacing. No electrical kettle. No bottle water. Need to go down to lobby each time you need water. Shower take a longer time to heat up. Bed was super hard to sleep on. Nearest BTS was about 8 to 10mins walk away - Depends on how fast you walk. Overall, a boring hotel with no restaurant or cafe.
