This room and facilities were all good. The only very small thing is that they use paper cups in the room, so had to get a glass from the bar for my wine - which they were happy to provide.

It was a nice stay and very friendly staff. Clean and safe. A little distant to public transportation, but convenient.

the room itself was ok for the price i paid except for the substantial amount of mould in the bathroom. the staff were not very helpful, i had asked beforehand if there was luggage storage or early check in available and had no response. when i got there i was told i could use the storage unit in the car park which was down several flights of stairs and required cash which i was not warned about. the lifts were also out of order and none of the staff were helping any of the guests to carry their luggage up the stairs. there was also no milk at the coffee station as i was told they do not provide this for guests.

We had a late checkin at 11.30pm which was quick and efficient. Room was basic but nice.

Location close to public transport. Aircon available but not strong. Rooms smaller than they look in the pictures, I wouldn’t recommend twin rooms as the beds are very small. Would likely be fine for a couple.

The hotel was clean, efficient, perfect in terms of location (close to the subway and the train stations), lots of cafés and restaurants around, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable though basic. Better air conditioning would be welcome. One thing I wish the room had was a small fridge. All in all, it worked for us and I would stay there again.

The location was perfect for us: close to the metro and to the train station, walkable to many of our destinations, lots of options where to eat at neighbourhood restaurants and cafés.

Entrance hall was literally a building site. Staff were inattentive and rude - chatting to each other while dealing with customers like we weren't there.

The area just seem a bit unsafe from the train station to hotel. So we would try to catch bus number 16 stop outside the hotel

The only issue was the size of the beds in a twin room , extremely narrow beds, they were comfortable but even for a single bed too narrow, apart from that the hotel was good
