This hotel was very run down. It felt unsafe and it was not clean or comfortable. Thw pools were not pleasant for swimming.The staff were friendly and tried their best.

Stay was great, food was not!

Staff: The staff of this hotel was very pleasant to interact with and they were very accommodating. They let me check - in early as I arrived early in the morning, with a fee of course.
Food: When it came to the food section, it was not a great experience. The day I arrived and went for breakfast, there was not much to relish but the staff was kind enough to get me a plate of noodles. But the next day, the menu did not look great either. It looked like they were some left overs. My experience with the food was not great.

Ambiance: It was pleasant and nice. As far as the ambiance is concerned, it was worth the money

Great value close to airport.
Pros:

We always stay at the Radiant resort and spa near the airport, when we first arrive in Bali and when we depart, the free shuttle bus to and from the airport is a must for us. The pools are very welcoming as is the breakfast which had a good variety of foods to choose from. Will definitely stay again, see you next year.
