The staff were helpful.
Our stay was very disappointing. When we opened the door to the room that was assigned to us, there were already guests inside. It was very uncomfortable and concerning that the same room had been assigned to multiple parties.
The room was also much smaller than we expected. I booked the room for 4 adults and 1 child and paid a higher rate to accommodate our group.Despite this, we were still charged an additional fee, which was unexpected and frustrating.
Another concern was during check-out. I signed for a specific total amount, but after we left, I noticed that the charge had been adjusted without my knowledge or authorization. This was very disappointing and raised concerns about the accuracy and transparency of the billing process.
Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations. I hope the hotel improves its room assignment process, provides clearer information about room capacity and additional charges, and ensures that guests are informed and give consent before any changes are made to their final bill.
the interior is completely updated - clean rooms, our room was spacious and had not only a fridge but a microwave too and its secure. the lobby has an Indian restaurant ( good!) a cooffee shop ( excellent) and a liquor store. Its 10 min from everything
the exterior needs some love and it was pretty expensive but every place was in the area - with thaxes it came in over $100 more than I expected
Juan is a wonderful young man who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We arrived late but really wanted to use the sauna so he quickly got it heated up for us and also got our bikes safely locked up. We really appreciated his kindness and professional attitude.
What can I say but it was such a convenient location to all the scenic things that we wanted to visit. As I entered the bar, they were playing one of my favorite musical artists and the restaurant is an array of Indian delicacies. The Indian food and the service was exquisite. Having the hot tub to ourselves was an awesome perk. The Filipino staff at the front desk made me feel at home. Thanks for a great 4th of July stay!
