All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid Credit Card: Visa, Master Card, Diners Club or American Express. As a guarantee of the reservation, the hotel could apply a withholding -not a charge- 10 days prior to the check-in corresponding to the first night of stay plus tax. Foreigners not resident in Chili are exempt from taxes. This retention will only be effective in case the person does not show up or cancels his / her stay outside the established period. The retention is released once the passenger arrives at the hotel.
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

el desayuno estuvo increible, el staff muy atento, y las toallas y sabanas se sienten como lujo.
El area de la piscina necesitaba atencion, los vidrios sucios y el fuljet del borde todo revenido. Tambien la tele de la habitacion no era smart, uno se imaginaria que por el precio que te cobran tendria mejor instalaciones.

La buena atencion del personal pero ningún supervisor da una solución al tener una cama king armada de 2 colchones de 1/5 siendo esto muy ordinario para el estatus del hotel
Camas muy muy malas compuesta una cama king de 2 colchones de 1/5 separándose al dormir no teniendo un descanso satisfactorio para el precio que se paga súper mal y ordinario se dejó una observación en el libro de reclamo sabiendo que no dan soluciones y no sirven para nada
La comodidad de la cama
Balcón lleno de colillas de cigarro ,me cobraron 40 mil pesos por toalla pequeña el cual fue manchada con chocolate , habia hecho la reserva con desayuno incluido la cual al llegar al hotel me cobran desayuno

Me quedé en la Habitación más grande del Hotel, extremadamente cómoda, tiene una gran sala con TV, sillón grande y escritorio, y baño de visitas, la habitación en sí muy muy grande al igual que el baño, la vista al mar desde la terraza espectacular, el personal del restaurante La Barquera así como del spa muy amables y siempre dispuestos a entregar el mejor servicio
Lo único negativo diría yo es que cuando solicite un late check out la persona de la recepción fue no tan amable y sin siquiera chequear me dijo inmediatamente No se puede, eso me pareció un poco rudo, hay maneras y maneras de decir que no y dejar al cliente contento
El jefe de camareros del santerra nos hecho con nuestros vasos siendo que nos habian vendido ellos mismos nuestros tragos que se demoraron media hora en servir, pésimo servicio del santerra y despues no querian que pasaramos a la pileta por que el lunes la cerrsbsn. No es el mismo enjoy de antes
