Pros:

En el gimnasio no se tenían todas las tratadoras disponibles, pero muy buena las maquinas e intalaciones, es un gran plus contar con ese nivel de gimnasio

El aseo de habitación, es bueno, sin embargo, al segundo día no repusieron totalla de piso, y la ropa quedó desordenada sobre una silla.

Nada que decir con el tema de los saunas, piscinas estancia. Todo bien en ese aspecto

La atención de recepción no fue la mejor. Quedé inconforme por el hecho que yo hice una reserva para regalo a mi madre la cual fue acompañada y la atención no fue la mejor por recepción, lo otro el carnet estaba vencido cosa que mi madre no se percató pero en recepción si y se quedaron callados para hacer el ingreso, el problema se original después que quisieron hacer uso de las instalaciones sala de juegos comida etc. Ahí si no pudo ingresar por tener el carnet vencido unos días pero para hacer cobro de reserva si encuentro que es injusto sino puede hacer uso de todas las instalaciones es mejor que no hubieran echo efectiva la reserva es para todo o no es para nada. Creo que fue muy mala la atención del personal de recepción en ese momento y respondiendo mal.

Bueno , pero también decepcionante

El SPA muy bueno , que tenga accesibilidad al casino y a la disco también es muy bueno.

El ruido en la noche, en la habitación 612 había un grupo de gente que gritaban y se reían a carcajadas en el balcón , mientras nosotros queríamos descansar . Pero lo mas molesto es que no había ningún numero o anexo en la habitación qué indicara como llamar a la recepción, por lo que tuvimos que levantarnos y bajar a avisar sobre este ruido molesto, fue totalmente desagradable.
