Pros:

Loved the location, very central to everything and very friendly staff.

Cons:

Could do with an upgrade - some of the furniture and areas are dated. Been like this for a while - perhaps some cash injection and a clever decorator could do wonders.

They moved us upstairs on our last day to a bigger quieter room

We were there 15 years ago. Already then problems with leaking ACs . To get in bed and it’s wet is not a fun experience. The housekeepers sorted it out but no compensation

Pros:

The location and staff are absolutely exceptional. Fantastic service. the location on the beach and the views are simply fantastic.

The only negative is that the hotel is now aging terribly. It is now a dowdy old lady. It needs a serious interior overhaul to bring it into the present day.
