This is hotel is in a prime location where there are restaurants and cafes to choose from. In addition, you have historical sites near by that are about a 5-10 minute walk like the Del Prado Museum. The staff is friendly and the room was clean and spacious, it made our stay comfortable for the 2 full days we were there. Yes it’s a little pricey but I’d rather pay for the comfort. Thank you again to the staff 🙏🏼
No complaints
Excellent central location so easy access to the main museums and restaurants. Walking distance to the main train station. Rooms were clean and our courtyard view room was very well insulated so no traffic noise could be heard. Breakfast was exceptional with every diet catered for and extremely helpful staff. I highly recommend this hotel.
