Problemas con el aire acondicionado.
Ubicación
Me alojo varias veces al año en el hotel y el personal del mesón de check in es poco amable, no tienen buena disposición a ayudar ni resolver dudas, nunca saben nada; la verdad solo me quedo por la ubicación pero estoy pensando seriamente cambiar de hotel.
Excelente hotel, de ubicación excepcional en relación con la zona de museos y artes, con hermosa vista a la Fuente de Neptuno. El personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo. Rico desayuno y expedita atención. Todo muy bien.

Tuvimos un inconveniente nuestro con el equipaje y todo el equipo se puso a disposición de forma excepcional. Hablaron ellos mismos con el hotel del que veníamos y nos resolvieron el tema. Siempre con una disposición absoluta, amable y super profesional. Estamos muy agradecidos.

-the reception staff was cool, aloof, and a bit pretentious. Perhaps a smile and “welcome” could be encouraged.
The Nespresso machine in room 602 made tepid, at best, water/coffee.
