Отель классный, все чисто и аккуратно. Персонал приятный. В ванной все есть и очень опрятно. Расположение очень удобное. Площадь перед отелем красивая, прямо оттуда ходят туристические автобусы. Завтрак в отеле был хороший

Единственный минус маленький номер. Но это видимо черта европейских отелей. Но все было чисто и красиво

Breakfast offering is basic and seriously overpriced. But it was easy to find breakfast at restaurants nearby. Minibar items too expensive

El personal de recepción es de primera, muy atentos y serviciales. tuvimos dos pequeños inconvenientes uno de ellos a las 5 am e inmediatamente se apersonaron y resolvieron los problemas sin dilación. Igualmente el personal del buffet al desayuno es muy servicial y atento. Si vas de museos y al Parque El Retiro, la ubicación es imbatible. El buffet de la mañana es abundante y variado.

Cons:

El tamaño del baño es muy pequeño en relación a la habitación y además incómodo de utilizar, el tope de la puerta está justo al frente de la poceta, por lo que es casi seguro que al entrar de noche lo vas a tropezar, hay muy poco espacio para colocar los artículos de toilette, la verdad el diseño del mismo es bastante deficiente.
