The location was perfect for walking to many of the nearby sites and quaint neighborhoods as well as being able to get a taxi to wherever you wanted to go. The atmosphere is elegant and yet warm, with gracious staff available to help with every need. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable, with water delivered daily as well as a mini bar and coffee maker. Room service is also available. The breakfast offered is spectacular with an abundance of incredible food and also the ability to order individual requests. Again staff went above and beyond to ensure your experience was first rate. The value is affordable for a first class hotel in a first class city. It’s clean, safe and we recommend it 💯! When our train to Sevilla was cancelled, our hotel manager and concierge jumped into action to get us to our destination and even called ahead to the NH Collection in Sevilla to manage our reservation there. We have only the highest of praise for this hotel! Five stars!

It is located across from the Prado Museum which is why I booked it. The room was comfortable and had built in closet with lighting to put clothes and other personal items, Large selection at buffet and able to order further dishes from servers.
