Great locations and facility diminished by the indifferent front desk employees.
Pros:

Loved the location, room and most of the staff.

Cons:

-the reception staff was cool, aloof, and a bit pretentious. Perhaps a smile and “welcome” could be encouraged.
The Nespresso machine in room 602 made tepid, at best, water/coffee.

Absolutely not a 5 Star hotel. a good 3 Star at best.

Location is great

Cons:

This hotel is absolutely not a 5 star hotel.
A good 3 star hotel is how it should be rated. No lobby, tiny rooms that are tired.
Staff is not friendly and give off the vibe of a poorly managed hotel

Breakfast aand the location were great. Staff were helpful and good natured.
Pros:

In general, everything went well. The location was very good for getting around.

Cons:

There was no seating in the reception area. It made it pretty awkward for meeting to go out together. Also, please be warned that there is little to no daylight in the quiet rooms (at least in ours). And that made it unpleasant in the room.
