It is located across from the Prado Museum which is why I booked it. The room was comfortable and had built in closet with lighting to put clothes and other personal items, Large selection at buffet and able to order further dishes from servers.

Worst hotel experience in my life
Pros:

Zero hospitality here. Like checking into a hostel. Pathetic lounge and lobby. Dreary staff fulfill obligations out of a sense of duty. Cheerless.

Absence of hospitality. Lacl of basic facilities such as a lobby. Awful lounge area.

Outstanding location, perfect room size very clean and friendly team members

Amazing team crew at the Hotel. The Concierge Maria was very nice and kind.

The ironing system either vapor is not always suitable.
