It was a good location.
Pros:

The location was very good for us.

Cons:

Breakfast was minimal. The room smelled musty. There was no place to lay my suitcase to open, other than the floor or bed. The bathroom needs more counter space and a towel bar in or next to the bathtub.

Excellent stay I'm a repeat customer for the last 10+ years , different seasons, never disappoints.
Pros:

The lemon infused water in the lobby in the afternoon. Hot summer = Hydration and they nailed it. Great touch. Also jhad a mini mart was craving a late night snack and they had pizza.

Pros:

The lady at the front desk was very helpful and nice. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The water was nice and hot with good pressure.

it was last minute me and my family were in Tulsa out of an event decided to get a room in glenpool nearby on the outskirts of Tulsa basically so we can leave and go straight home I booked the reservation with you your company book it I don't understand it was but when I booked it it was midnight I said date of a occupancy it asked me when I would be there to check in it had a list that was the next hour that which was 1:00 a.m. in my mind and I have the following hour 2 a.m. and so on there was no a.m. or p.m. on I chose the selection between two and three in the morning I showed up a comfort inn at 2:30 in the morning they told me I was s o l which in Oklahoma turns me shit out of luck they would not refund my money they told me to come back at 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. the questionnaire on your website what's self-explanatory I said I need the book the room tonight the day of I was there between the hours of two and three in the morning which was the hours that were on the website to be selected it didn't say a.m. or p.m.
