It was great nothing to worries as we have a kid it was a worries but it was a great experience for my whole family.

Pool was clean. Room was clean and breakfast was good. Staff very friendly.

Nice room. Comfortable bed.
No “do not disturb” signs to hang on doors which is odd.
$250 deposit taken at check in - but no restaurant onsite or room service option so seems excessive amount
Staff rarely at front desk
Ridiculous number of hand written or computer printed signs taped everywhere. From pets to no sticks to return books to no drinks in pool including coffee to how much food you could take at the breakfast buffet (which was lacklustre at best) -
I would not stay here again

Great place to stay while in Sylvan Lake, AB. The pool, hot tube and slide was a great feature.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, great pool and hot tub. In a great quiet area off the strip.

Basic accommodation with standard amenities. Breakfast buffet had good variety, but standard waffles, cereal, yogurt, toast ect. Room was clean, we didn't have time to use the pool. Service was just ok. Barely a smile front the front desk clerk when we checked in...overall a decent stay.

Breakfast was included and had lots of options. The lady that was in charge of the breakfast was very attentive and kept it well stocked and tidy.

The room was nice and cleaned but the bed mattress was raggedy.
The owners did nothing to curtial a very loud party, that keped everybody awake untill 5 in the morning!!

Perfect for us. Kids loved the pool and slide. Central to everything.

Towels were not clean enough!
They had stain (seman)
Lucky me i had my own towels with me!

Would stay again

We are famoly of 5 persons. Me my husband and 3 kids. We spend one night. Everything was good. I like to check for different black spots in bathroom, but yhis time it was so clean. Only one little minus that for the breakfast they don't have any options for those people who doesn't eat buns, sugar. I wish to find for the breakfast just simple boiled eggs, cucumbers dome vegetables.
Kids was so happy about pool in the hotel.

It was at a good location in the area and relatively larger than other hotels close to the lake. Staff were friendly and accomodating. The breakfast area was a bit tight but food was food.
