Nice hotel, location but it unfortuneatley no restaurant so no breakfast/evening meal availability
Pros:

Pretty good location for access to bars and clubs but a short walk into city center.
good location for anyone looking for accommodation if you are attending the philharmonic for a concert.

Cons:

Due to its location near some bars and clubs it was quite busy and noisy into the early morning

Great stay in Liverpool City Centre
Pros:

The Resident is in a great position and is full of character (the site of the old Seel Street Press building). Being just off the main streets it is a little quieter than many other city centre hotels.
Lovely rooms with a useful kitchen alcove and good toiletries.

Perfect location. Clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Great location just minutes walk from everywhere you want to be. Lots of restaurants, bars and coffee shops in the neighborhood.
Q-Park on Hanover St is just a couple of minutes walk. Book a space online and use the hotel discount.
Room was great with a large skylight window. Bed was very comfortable.
Staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Enjoyed our stay, no complaints.
