The Resident Liverpool

Everything about this hotel was immaculate, nothing was too much trouble from the staff, I would definitely recommend The Resident to anyone!!

Great Location

This hotel is a city centre gem. Upon arrival the staff were very welcoming. We stayed in a king size deluxe room and it was immaculate. The room had a fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, safe, ironing board, iron & a hairdryer. There is air conditioning should you need it. There were Molton Brown toiletries in the bathroom - shampoo, conditioner, hand / body wash and hand / body lotion.

The hotel is in a superb location for The Docks, Liverpool One and all of the other attractions the city centre has to offer. At night there are numerous restaurants and pubs within walking distance of the hotel but you don’t suffer with any noise from them whatsoever.

We used the car park that the hotel recommends & has a deal at - QPark on Hanover Street. It was a short walk from the car park to the hotel so was ideal.

Next time we go to Liverpool we will definitely stay at The Resident hotel again & would not hesitate to recommend it.

Sehr geschmackvolles Hotel in guter Lage. Mitten im Ausgehviertel war es am Freitagabend trotzdem sehr ruhig. Ausgezeichnetes Bett.
Zimmer war etwas eng, aber durchaus gemütlich!

Super emplacement. Literie confortable. Le lit pliant ajouté pour notre adolescent etait un peu juste en longueur mais très chouette chambre. La mini kitchenette avec frigo et micro ondes etait bien pratique pour les soirs où les plats préparés et les barrettes de sushis du Tesco tout proche nous ont semblé une solution idéale tant nous étions fatigués ! Baignoire très agréable, chouette ambiance et un beau salon au rez de chaussée où se poser pour discuter ou jouer aux jeux de société en famille. Le soir de notre arrivée, on nous a même offert l’apéro, entre 18h et 19h. Je ne sais pas si c’est une animation récurrente mais c’était une belle surprise !

Good central location. Comfortable room with small kitchen area . Lovely free drinks reception in the evening in the lobby with nibbles which is a nice touch. reception staff very friendly and helpful.

I have made The Resident Liverpool my go-to hotel for all my business trips to Liverpool, as it fully meets my requirements. The rooms are both elegant and functional, always impeccably clean and offering a comfortable setting that is perfectly suited to a working stay.

Great location in a wonderful old building. Very friendly and helpful staff too. Room was very comfortable and well equipped. Definitely will book again.

The staff are lovely and made checking in/out super fast and easy. The room was comfy with a great layout and had everything I needed. I enjoyed exploring the neighborhood as well — there are lots of great restaurants and shops. Thank you for the hospitality!

O quarto era muito fixe, com muita luz e óptimo para uma família de 4. Bem decorado, limpo, com bons produtos de higiene, boas toalhas e com óptima insonorização. Com uma pequena kitchenette bem equipada

Great value for money. Lovely rooms. Nice and quiet. Really helpful staff - I left an item in the room and it was posted back to me promptly which I really appreciated!
