We stay here every time we stay in Liverpool. The location is central to everywhere, bars restaurants and shopping. The rooms are always clean and tidy and the staff are amazing.
Great location if you want to be in the heart of it. Yet quiet inside the room. Staff were all lovely.

Lovely boutique style hotel in a great location. Beautifully designed rooms with a mini kitchen behind a sliding door. We also loved the atmosphere in the lounge during the happy hour complimentary drink. Very clean plus friendly staff.

Extremely clean and well equipped rooms. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. On checking in we were given a hand written card welcoming us and inviting us for early evening drinks in the lounge. This was a really lovely gesture and was much appreciated. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We have stayed here before. Love the hotel and perfect location for us when visiting the Philharmonic. Very friendly helpful staff.
On this occasion, we were in a room with a double bed pushed up against a wall which wasn’t comfortable. So we felt the price was high for this type of room arrangement.
We liked the hotel very much - very clean and quiet with wonderful staff. We also appreciated the hotel discounts at the neighbouring restaurants.
Just quite noisy pipes in the early hours - the noise woke me up and my friends also heard noisy waterpipes in their rooms.
