First time visit to Liverpool
Pros:

This was our first trip to Liverpool.
We spent three days over the Easter Holidays.
The Hotel is ideally located.
The rooms are spacious, spotless, quiet and even have a mini kitchen.
The front desk were very friendly and efficient.
They held our bags for us also after we had checked out.
We are looking forward to returning in June.

Exceptional Stay
Pros:

First of all the hotel is in a perfect location, only minutes walking distance to the centre. It's exceptionally clean and comfortable. I loved the fact that the room had a mini fridge, sink, microwave etc. I'm guessing its great for those on business trips for a few days but also people like me who love to make a cup of tea and have my own carton of milk in the fridge (can't stand the hotel sachets of milk....no offence). There is Molton Brown hand and body wash, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion in fabulous dispensers in the bathroom, always a great touch. Security is clearly very important as you need to scan your card to enter the hotel from the street and then again to activate the lift to your room, this is great to see. I had mentioned in our booking that this trip to Liverpool was at the end of our honeymoon trip, when we arrived to the room there was a lovely card and two bars of chocolate for us. This was lovely and really appreciated. The staff were so lovely and attentive. On the day we arrived and the day we were leaving they very kindly held our bags in hold for us so we could explore Liverpool without being weighed down with bags. Overall the hotel was perfect, everything we were looking for and we will definitely be back 🙌

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like. It was perfect.

Great hotel in amazing location
Pros:

Amazing location near some of our favourite bars and pubs. Easy check in and out. Clean room with good facilities. Upgraded room. Nice vibe.

Cons:

Second time at this hotel. We asked for a bigger room as our last stay was in an extremely small room, so this upgrade was so much better.
I did have a little accident in the room however. My partner sat on the bed as I was standing next to it and not realising it was on wheels, it rolled straight over my toe! I hobbled barefoot to reception to ask for a plaster. The member of staff was very helpful and got me a chair and said he would do a safety check on our room, although no one ever came.
