Excellent find in a City I visit often. I will definitely book this hotel in the future in the hope that my experience w
Pros:

Very clean and central. Staff were excellent and room well equipped

Cons:

Unfortunately my stay was marred by a group of men in the adjacent room who kept me awake throughout the night . Realise the latter is not the direct fault of the property, but wondering if there is a policy in house to think of other guests

Delightful
Pros:

I would say one thing that I am extremely satisfied with is the fact that I had messaged on booking.com for a quiet room due to my disability and they certainly delivered on this. The room I had was just that which I was very pleased about. The staff was also friendly and polite and couldn’t do enough which was really nice to see. They was welcoming and just for that and for the fact they accommodated my needs of a quiet room I would definitely book there again.

Cons:

The only issue I had with the room that it was on the small compact side but the fact that it was quiet and the staff was great made up for it. It didn’t put me off.

Great hotel, great location, value for money!
Pros:

Everything! The location was great for what we wanted, 10min walk to the M&S Bank Arena, 10mins from Liverpool Lime Street Station.
The staff, were so friendly and professional. I even got a handwritten card, from the team, welcoming me to the hotel, plus an upgrade!
Cleanliness and comfort of the room, plus the facilities, were spot on!

Lovely Hotel and wonderful staff
Pros:

Great hotel with very lovely staff, great amenities and perfect location for access to restaurants and shops. The hotel does not have dining facilities, however rooms have microwaves, kettle, plates and cutlery with more than enough choices for restaurants and bars around.

Cons:

None.

One of the best 4 star hotels I have stayed in. I will be back.
Pros:

Wonderful location.
Staff were amazing from start to finish.
Complimentary Drinks offered in the evening.
Little touches in our room, I e full length mirror, molton brown toiletries were wonderful.
Nice towels in the bathroom, bedding good and little kitchenette was also useful.
Room was fantastic and well worth the money.
Wetherspoons next door to get breakfast.
I could go on, it was a great place to stay and well worth the money. Would come back.

Cons:

I would not change a thing and I rarely give that feedback.
