Pros:

Efficiënt hotel, geen poespas. Erg schoon. Weinig verkeer door de straat. Dicht bij het centrum.

Op Booking wordt dit hotel neergezet als 4 sterren, met een beoordeling van 9,2. Met dat idee ben ik gaan boeken, Dat viel in de praktijk tegen. Onze kamer had een extra deur om twee vertrekken met elkaar te verbinden en door die opening kwam te veel geluid van de buren onze kamer in. Van de buren aan de andere kant hoorde wij het hoofdeinde van het bed kraken en van de bovenburen hoorde wij een piepende vloer. Hier heb ik drie nachten doorheen moeten leven. Ik heb hierover mijn beklag gedaan, maar men kon niets voor ons betekenen. Tja dan kan ik de waardering 9,2 niet rijmen met mijn ervaring. En dan heb ik het nog niet gehad over de "minder goed" onderhouden badkamer en het lekkende koffieapparaat.

Excellent stay! The location is perfect, very close to the central train station and many great restaurants, yet still quiet and peaceful. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the handwritten welcome card was a very sweet touch. The room was spotless, well equipped, and had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again.

A perfect little gem in Central Liverpool.
Pros:

The staff a get helpful and friendly, the cleanliness of the hotel is fantastic, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, you also discounts at certain food places for staying here, it's a bit easier on the pocket. The prices are really fair for what you get at the resident. A must stay if you ever wanna be in Central liverpool, with local amenities close by.

Everything is spot on, there is nothing to dislike about the resident hotel.
