Excellent, incredibly friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

Great location, air-con in the hot weather, clean room with excellent facilities, fridge, kitchenette. Very sound proofing did not hear the streets noise at all.

Very good location, very helpful staff. Very well refurbished. Clean and well appointed.

Cons:

Be warned, the small single rooms are very small with a small double bed pushed into a corner by a desk. To be frank it is too small for a single.

Clean, well-designed rooms, everything you might need (microwave! Ironing board, coffee machine, fridge..) and friendly helpful staff. Central location but amazingly quiet and peaceful inside

Just a great, easy stay with very comfy bed!
Pros:

Good location, easy parking in QPark down the road, super friendly staff, comfy beds, very quiet and Wreck Bistro over the road where you get a discount for fabulous food (we had breakfast and dinner) as no food in hotel.

Cons:

Bathroom was a little tired/chipped bath but nothing major at all.

close to facilities. Small double room is too small, squashed against the wall all night isn't fun. Best to do an upgrade.

I have rarely stayed at a better hotel anywhere
Pros:

Everything about the Resident is spot on. It has the design, but also function. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect, as it's close to shopping, tourist attractions and bards whilst being quiet. The little kitchen in the room was handy too. I came for a business trip, but would definitely stay for pleasure. I'll try the pop up bar next time!

De locatie, heel levendig en toch heel stil ‘s nachts.

Cons:

Het douchen in bad is niet voor iedereen veilig, hoge instap en glad na het douchen.

Perfect for a short city break
Pros:

Great location and although not far from busy bars and restaurants, soundproofing in hotel must be decent as I didn’t hear much noise. Standard room was a nice size and very clean. Shower was good, bed was comfortable and desk staff were nice.

Cons:

Room was on 4th floor (top floor) in the eaves, so there was a large skylight instead of a normal window. However I was aware of this when I completed my booking - but it might be an issue for some.
