I booked this hotel on the strength of prior experience at the Soho property in London.
Pros:

Easy to find, close to the train station, well located, plenty of food options nearby.

Cons:

Perhaps breakfast availability at the hotel.

Relaxing and convenient.
Pros:

Everything. On arrival staff were so friendly and professional, nothing too much trouble. Lifts were quick and clean up to rhe room. The room was lovely, cool and clean. Location was superb, within 10-15 minutes of all attractions, shops and restaurants.

Nice hotel but we were allocated an average room
Pros:

Very friendly helpful staff. Comfortable bed and good shower.

Cons:

Room 408 is noisy and there is a sloping ceiling with beam above the bed that you can easily hit your head on.

Great hotel for short term stay would recommend
Pros:

Handy for sightseeing and very secure hotel. Rooms well equipped and very clean.

Cons:

Nothing not to like really, just a shame there isn’t a restaurant or bar on site, you but can get a coffee in the lobby lounge.

It was great and if I’m in Liverpool again I would definitely stay there.
Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly and I felt I could easily go to them with any queries. The room was spacious and clean, with a kitchenette in the cupboard, including a microwave, which was useful. Despite being right in the hub of nightlife my room was blissfully quiet and given the heatwave it was wonderfully cool.

Overall a great stay
Pros:

Great location and a nice big spacious room.
Loved the little kitchen facilities in the wardrobe - perfect for longer stays.
Staff were really nice and friendly. Left my bags early doors and these were taken to my room ready for me when I arrive later the afternoon after check in!
Malton Brown products in the bathroom were a nice touch too.
10% discount at Wreck Bistro over the road (great breakfast)
Iron, hairdryer, kettle, nespresso machine, microwave and fridge all in the room!

Cons:

One and only issue - There was some black long hair in the toilet when I got there and a few stray long black hairs that had been woven into the decorative blanket and cushions on the bed. I don’t get too grossed out by these things but they were quite obvious so maybe a better look over from the cleaning crew is needed!
