Amazing food and extraordinary service by kartick over the night as well as in the morning

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Chennai, and I would like to take a moment to appreciate the exceptional hospitality I experienced during my stay.

One aspect I was particularly concerned about before arriving was how Suhoor (Sehar) arrangements would be handled during Ramadan, as it requires very early morning service and proper coordination. However, to my pleasant surprise, the hotel had organized everything remarkably well. The Suhoor service was perfectly timed, ensuring that guests observing the fast could comfortably have their meal without any stress or inconvenience.

I would especially like to acknowledge Mr. Umar at the reception, who was extremely helpful in arranging and coordinating the Suhoor setup for me. His support, professionalism, and willingness to assist made the entire process smooth and worry-free. It truly reflected the care Hilton Chennai extends to its guests.

What also stood out was the professionalism and dedication of the staff. Mr. Kartick, who served the meal in the early morning hours, was extremely courteous, attentive, and ensured that everything was arranged smoothly. Despite the early timing, the service was prompt, warm, and handled with great care, which made the experience even more memorable.

The food quality, presentation, and overall coordination reflected the high standards of hospitality that Hilton Chennai maintains. It was evident that the team had thoughtfully planned the arrangements for guests observing Ramadan, and this level of attention to detail is truly commendable.

I would like to sincerely thank the entire team at Hilton Chennai, especially Mr. Umar and Mr. Kartick, for going the extra mile to make the experience comfortable and pleasant. Such thoughtful service leaves a lasting impression and truly reflects the spirit of hospitality.

The rooms were impeccably clean, well-appointed, and thoughtfully prepared. A special mention to Akash from housekeeping on the ninth floor — his service was unbelievably good. His attention to detail, promptness, and sincere care truly elevated our stay.

The spa services were absolutely wonderful — relaxing, rejuvenating, and delivered with exceptional professionalism. It was truly one of the highlights of the visit.

The dining experience was equally impressive, with excellent food quality and attentive service. What made the biggest difference overall was the consistently exceptional customer service. Every request was handled promptly and graciously, and the staff often anticipated our needs before we even had to ask.

Comfortable stay with great housekeeping by Akash, nice breakfast buffet and quiet cool rooms, with relaxing rooftop pool!

Vasanth, was excellent the gym and pool are great. vasanth is very great and takes time to understand people and has a great heart.
