Phone in the room not working. Room service very slow. Nobody picks up land line of the hotel on case room Phone does not work
The hotel is very nice. The rooms are very clean and quiet. The hospitality is exceptional. I would especially like to thank Dhanush for his wonderful and very courteous service. There are a lot of amenities to choose from. Nice rooftop bar and pool. Great atmosphere. I would recommend this hotel.
Really loved how the room was cleaned and arranged everyday.
The location is perfect for me. Room is clean and access to local transport is easy for travelling
Breakfast was Ok. However need to improve with more European and mediterranean food.

Perfect business hotel!! Room was well equipped with comfortable beds. Both room and bath room were spacious.. The breakfast had a wide range of offerings and the hotel staff were very attentive and helpful.. the location was also very central to chennai.. perfectly located to reach in any direction towards the city further to towards south via the highways.m
Everything was good except for few pointers like one of the power outlets in the room was not working..

Overall sleek atmosphere. Very clean rooms, excellent service with very friendly and caring staff, Any concerns were addressed immediately. Beautiful lobby. Great breakfast and buffet options at Vasco. Wireless network was flaky at times but overall wonderful stay. Definitely recommend.
