Housekeeping staff - Pavan in particular, was very responsive to our every request. Every detail in the rooms was attended to, we had a comfortable stay and blissful rest each night.
And the food!!! The chefs are truly great. The chef was committed to ensuring a varied breakfast buffet each day. Quality, taste and customization options were definitely catered to. And the filter coffee!!!!
The location is another plus. With the metro right out the door, we could avoid the traffic and get to where we needed to go.

I'll definitely be coming back! This is not the first time we've stayed here when visiting Chennai, and am looking forward to coming back and of course, staying here. I wish I could remember names ofevery single staff member that we interacted with, thank you, each and every one of you 🙏

We (Country Roads Hospitality) had booked this hotel for one of our corporate clients for a CME meet.
This was a dinner event, and Mr. Yogesh from the banquet team managed it very well on ground.
Ms. Ann coordinated the event and delivered highly professional service.

My wife and I often stay in Hilton Chennai when we visit South India. I can say for sure that the hospitality and professionalism is excellent and consistent. Thank you must be said to the entire team right from the concierge/ security, front office, housekeeping and the Culinary team and executive lounge personnel. A shout out to Munusamy, Sheela, Baskar who always greet us warmly (always with a smile).... they are such an incredible support to the HIlton Chennai. We must also mention Sabana, Sunitha and Nandana in the Front Office/ Reception and Melody of the Executive Lounge. We cannot say enough of the extremely tasty dishes that were served..... all thanks to the Culinary Team and the Executive Chefs in HIlton. A special mention to the warm and engaging Chef Basha.... he was simply delightful..... surprising us with special dishes. Truly awesome. Thank you all for a great stay. We will return for sure.
