Muy buena experiencia en Aravaca
Pros:

Muy cómodo y bueno el servicio de limpieza

Cons:

Le faltan detalles de mantenimiento y equipamiento básico. Para ser un departamento grande debería tener un horno para poder cocinar aunque sea una pizza y necesitaría una cafetera o pava electrónica

Check-in problemático, falhas graves de acesso e manutenção deficiente tornaram a estadia insegura
Pros:

Proximidade do supermercado Aldi (50 metros), possibilidade de ligação ao centro de Madrid através da estação de El Barrial (percurso desde o hotel a pé de 15 minutos) que tem uma ligação direta à estação de Atocha através dos comboios suburbanos de Madrid (Cercanías).

Cons:

Quando cheguei fiz o checkin numa máquina automática que gerou um cartão que não funcionou. Liguei para o numero de emergência que me pediu para aceder a umas chaves num cofre, recolher uma das muitas chaves que estavam disponíveis (de outros quartos que estavam em uso) que também não funcionou. Depois de vários telefonemas pagos a custo de chamada internacional (viajo de outro país e o meu telefone não é espanhol), o gestor da unidade abriu-me a porta remotamente mas até ao dia seguinte fiquei preso no quarto porque como não tinha chaves não tinha forma de voltar a entrar no apartamento, o que deixou toda a família insegura com este alojamento. Fora este tema, os apartamentos precisam de manutenção urgente. Alguns armários não têm portas, as paredes têm o papel de parece a saltar e as cabeceiras da cama de casal têm um tamanho muito maior que a largura dos colchões. Cozinha existente mas sem equipamento essencial.

los nuevos apartamentos individuales que estan reformados y tienen su televisión en el cuarto y para una solo persona es mas acogedor que el apartamento grande familiar

Cons:

el apartamento grande debe de reformarse ,tanto el baño como el dormitorio y debe incluir algún enchufe mas y una televisión el dormitorio
