Estaba cerca del centro de madrid, además que teníamos supermercados a tan sólo 1 min

Cons:

Las camas, reservamos una habitación con cama de matrimonio, y termino siendo camas separadas... Muy incómodo para dormir junto con tu pareja, además que si eres alérgico a los ácaros mejor no dormir, me acribillaron vivo... Luego las sartenes, se tendrian que cambiar ya que estan muy desgastadas, hasta el palo de la sarten lo puedes usar como espatula. La nevera, su congelador no congela bien, los helados que teniamos parecian crema de piel. Pero por lo demás esta bien, es agradable (a pesar que sonó la alarma de incendios a las 23:00 en el bloque 3)

Está bien situado y tiene súper y bares cerca.
Lo peor es que se escucha todo de las habitaciones, tanto de la misma planta como superiores e inferiores. El descanso es complicado.
