Excelente la ubicación , quedaba muy cerca todo, habia plazas restaurantes , el desayuno excelente , la atención del personal. Todo muy bien.

Cons:

Solo que el estacionamiento es independiente , pero bueno se puedo resolver sin mayor problema ya que comparten el estacionamiento de la plaza.

Impeccable Hospitality
Pros:

I was absolutely shocked at how wonderfully clean, modern, safe, and comfortable this hotel was. I was blown away by the hospitality shown to me, especially by Ruben (Concierge/Manager) and Fernando (Bellman). The bed was so comfortable that it took much effort to actually get up and leave! The air conditioning was marvelous! It is a beautiful property with beautiful employees who have bigger hearts. I can’t wait to visit again.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse en el corazón de Punto Sao Paulo
Pros:

Está muy bien ubicado en pleno Punto Sao Paulo por lo que puedes caminar a una infinidad de lugares, restaurantes, etc. Los cuartos son amplios y cómodos.

Cons:

En general todo bien pero a veces el proceso de check in es un poco lento. De igual manera, las bebidas y botanas de cortesía en lobby siempre me han tocado vacías y dejan ahí los vasos sucios por algún tiempo.
