Está muy bien ubicado en pleno Punto Sao Paulo por lo que puedes caminar a una infinidad de lugares, restaurantes, etc. Los cuartos son amplios y cómodos.
En general todo bien pero a veces el proceso de check in es un poco lento. De igual manera, las bebidas y botanas de cortesía en lobby siempre me han tocado vacías y dejan ahí los vasos sucios por algún tiempo.

We had a beautiful, spacious room with lovely views and floor to ceiling windows! Comfortable bed and furniture. Very appealing decor. Price was just as expected and modest for the quality of the hotel, location and the room. The Concierge Rubin took time with us to help us choose a room and to make sure we were aware of the wonderful restaurants and bars in the immediate neighborhood. Rubin helped start off our stay just right - really above and beyond.

This is now our favorite spot in GDL. Location is beautiful and safe; excellent, well appointed room; exceptional service. Our only complain was a rather noisy place accross the street that played super loud music until 3am. You couln't hear the music, just the loud base. Next time (we hope to visit GDL again and again) will ask for a room away from this particular street. The breakfast buffet was well appointed and plentiful.
we stayed 5 nights in a corner suite and could not have been more satisfied. The room was large, comfortable, and had wonderful views. The location is great, so much right outside the doors. And the staff, from GM to front desk to restaurant to housekeeping, were exceptional: friendly, welcoming and full of hospitality. Can’t wait to go back and can’t recommend it enough.
It was an upscale area to stay. The surrounding area of the hotel was lovely, with restaurants within walking distance and great coffee options in the morning.
The hotel was nice enough but could be better. Our bed was making noise with every toss and turn, which kept me awake. The breakfast buffet was disappointing because I had read good things about it. It is not worth $20/person.
Let's start with location, location, location....modern beautiful area of Guadalajara..felt like we were in middle of all the action of what Guadalajara had to offer! NH Hotel surrounding restaurants were all fantastic and vibrant. Reception of hotel sleek modern and welcoming. Our room was in corner with a view and fantastic, user friendly amenities. Room was spotless and clean. Although there is construction going on around hotel, never a issue with noise. Concierge, Ruben, was super helpful and attentive to our request for tours and felt at-home with his assistance. Overall, NH Guadalajara Providencia best experience of Guadalajara..we look forward to booking again soon!! Hasta la proxima!
