Excelente estadía, muy recomendable para viajes de negocios en Monterrey
Pros:

Me hospedo con frecuencia en el NH Collection Monterrey San Pedro y el servicio siempre es sobresaliente. Desde la llegada me reciben con calidez y con una atención constante durante toda la estancia. Es un hotel al que regreso por confort, ubicación y trato.

Mención especial para Adrián en Recepción. Siempre me apoya en el check in, agiliza cualquier solicitud y resuelve imprevistos con profesionalismo. Da seguimiento perfecto en el turno vespertino y se nota su liderazgo en el lobby. En el restaurante, Luisa está al frente de la estación caliente del buffet de desayuno y prepara la comida al momento en su punto, rápido y bien presentado. Armando, como mesero, es atento, recuerda preferencias, te da grandes sugerencias y mantiene el servicio fluido incluso en horas pico.

En conjunto, Adrián, Luisa y Armando hacen que cada visita sea más fácil y agradable. Se agradece el trato cercano, la eficiencia y la constancia en la calidad. Recomiendo muchísimo el hotel, en especial por el equipo humano es el que realmente marca la diferencia.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son buenas pero se están quedando viejas. Siguen siendo cómodas pero ya hace falta que las almohadas tengan un orden (te dan seis y tienen diferente grosor y dureza, terminas pésimo de la espalda), que remodelen un poco lo deteriorado y que hagan algo con la puerta de la regadera (cuando abres la regadera es fría, pero no puedes estar adentro de la cabina, tienes que salirte, abrirla, que se caliente y entrar; pésimo diseño).

Me dieron una botellita chiquita de agua en una habitacion para dos petsonas, llame a recepcion para pedir mas y me dijeron que esa eta la politiva y si queria mas hablara al restaurant donfe me costo 100 pesos una botella de agua.

Eso se me hizo lo peor de lo peor, se qieman por una botella de agua. Y eso que me hospede en una habitacion doble superior, menos mal que eta "superior".
Este fin de sem viaje a Durango y me hospexe en el Hamptin Inn y habian 2 botellas decagua y si queria mas hablara y me costaria 10 pesos. Habia un letrero con esa politica.

El blackout podria ser un poquito mas completo para que no se filtre la luz del exterior. Nada mas.
