everything perfect except reception of guests at the door..
Pros:

The location and the View is amazing, the accessibility. and personal is really friendly. we got no issue at all with hotel amenities and the support provided

Cons:

at arrival we got no service to inform us about anything.. the Bellboy never show up.. only after I came in to confirm reservation and talk with the front desk they offer to support but at that point was useless.. nobody is there welcoming or inviting the guest to comin.. no security, no one shows up to let us in..
