Parada de una noche, falta de limpieza
Pros:

El Hotel es bonito y queda enfrente del Palacio, aunque el barrio en el que se encuentra parece bastante conflictivo, lo que hace sentir algo de seguridad. El alojamiento no estaba limpio, para ser un NH esa parte de dos bastante carente

Genial el personal de servicio de habitaciones.... grandísimo profesional

Cons:

Que no tenía cafetería en el hall del hotel en el horario de mañana (fuera del desayuno de empresa)
Que no se pueda utilizar los puntos de la cadena del hotel, ni sumar puntos al ser reservado por la plataforma booking

Hotel sorprendente
Pros:

La atención y amabilidad del personal, tanto de recepción como de bar y restaurante, fueron perfectos. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. La habitación muy amplia y bien orientada, y la cama muy cómoda.

Cons:

Había varias almohadas, pero todas muy similares, no siendo ninguna la más adecuada. No obstante, este no fue un motivo para no poder descansar.

Una estancia perfecta
Pros:

La ubicación es inmejorable la atención de todo el personal. El desayuno muy completo y la habitación muy amplia, las camas excelentes.

Cons:

Lo único que eché en falta fue algún enchufe en la mesilla y los que hay disponibles no tienen USB

Bien, pero muy corto para ser un 4 estrellas
Pros:

La situación estuvo muy bien. El hotel es espacioso y es fácil guiarte por él (si no contamos con que los números de las habitaciones no corresponden con el piso en el que estas). El piso 1 son habitaciones doscientos y el piso 2 son las trescientos.

Cons:

Sobre todo el tema de la limpieza. Para ser un 4 estrellas vinieron para hacer la limpieza a las 4 de la tarde. Les dijimos que nos estabamos arreglando, que vinieran luego. Nos dijeron que vale, pero nunca aparecieron. Si ha eso le sumamos que en otra habitación de familiares dejaron paños sucios y el baño hecho un desastre, me pareció muy mal. Se lo dijimos a la recepcionista (que era nueva) y no sabía ni qué hacer. Al día siguiente, cuando nos fuimos, simplemente nos dijeron un lo siento y listo. No me parece ese trato para ser un 4 estrellas. Además el hotel es algo lúgubre. Repito, estuvo bien en general, pero para ser un 4 estrellas fallaron en cosas muy básicas. Ponen agua en la recepción (en agosto) pero sólo unas horas al día, no entiendo por qué.
