Our 7th visit. Standards, still the same as previous visits. Staff, very attentive cannot do enough for you. Breakfast fresh and great selection. Evening meals very good.

The hotel staff were excellent.
The hotel is set in lovely grounds and in a great position to access Port Andratx.
The beds are very comfortable. Rooms perfectly adequate for a four star hotel.
The breakfast was good. There is a spa but we did not use it.
Good parking facilities.
The space around the pools is quite cramped.

Great pool area and bars, super friendly and helpful staff, very reasonable pricing for drinks also, room was 10/10 nice design, comfy bed, easy to work shower
Food was just a little average but not bad
Wie immer gefiel uns die Anlage mit ihren vielen Palmen, Grasflächen und Blumen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.
Es gibt manchmal Irritationen wegen den Badehandtüchern. Oft sind vormittags keine verfügbar und an der Rezeption hatten wir einmal erst auf nachdrückliche Bitte welche bekommen.
Sehr schöne, geräumige Zimmer.

Frühstück: eine große Auswahl vom Buffet - für jeden etwas dabei.
Abendessen: waren nur einmal im Hotel essen, war aber gut.
Wonderful property with fabulous facilities and the buffet breakfast was next level.
Beds could be better, they squeaked a bit.
The resort is well maintained and has beautiful gardens and surroundings. Very large room which was great. The location was a maybe 10 minute walk down to the Port, which was absolutely stunning. Had a lovely spa treatment and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
I get hotels need to make money off hotel guests, however an ironing board and an iron should be in every room. We had dinner at the resorts restaurant one of the two nights. It was okay but not amazing. They need to rework their menu. The restaurants down at the Port have some excellent choices. Also the clientele is mostly older British tourists on cheap flights, frying themselves into skin cancer around the sun loungers.

- Frühstücksbuffet, frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen, Pancakes und Churros; für jede/n etwas dabei
- Lage des Hotels; zum Hafen mit diversen Restaurants und als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen/Radtouren
- Außenpoolanlage (nicht genutzt, Reisezeitraum März)
- Kühlschrank im Zimmer
- Entfernung nach Palma/Flughafen 45 - 60min, je nach Verkehrslage
- Sicherungskasten im Zimmer war sehr laut
- Wäscheleine auf dem Balkon nicht nutzbar, da die Wandhalterung nicht mehr intakt war
- einer der Balkonstühle kaputt (s. Foto)
- WLAN kostenfrei, aber nicht sonderlich starkes Signal
The whole place is beautiful. Staff are excellent, rooms are comfortable and food is very tasty.
The only minor thing was the noise between rooms is very noticeable
