Agradable
Pros:

Las personas en la recepción muy atentas y cordiales. Al no tener aparcamiento en el hotel, se puede conseguir descuento en un garaje que está cerca. Las habitaciones están bien, incluso teniamos una terracita que daba a la sierra y que, con mucha pena, no pudimos utilizar por falta de tiempo.

Cons:

Me sorprendió que un hotel de esta categoría no tenga restaurante ni un bar donde tomar algo, un simple sandwich. Solo sirven los desayunos. Para comer hay que salir a una calle próxima, pero para gente mayor no es lo ideal.

La ubicación es fantástica, al lado del Monasterio de El Escorial. Muy bueno el desayuno. Cuenta con una buena piscina. El personal un 10.

Cons:

Lo peor, el baño de la habitación. Bañera sin cortina ni mampara, por lo que se llena todo de agua cuando te duchas. Además los desagües estaban obstruidos y se encharcaba el agua tanto de la bañera como la pica del baño.

Personal encantador. Calidad desayuno mediocre con productos reutilizados de hace días

El personal y la ubicación fu lo mejor

Cons:

La calidad del desayuno: platos sucios por la parte de abajo. Tomate rallado de hace días que estaba muy pasado. productos como los churros o el jamón estaban duros y secos como una piedra.

Pros:

I had a room in the corner and it had windows on both walls. The location is very convenient and breakfast was really good with many options.

Cons:

Unfortunately they don’t offer late check out on Saturdays, it would have been good to know this policy in advance. The shower head is a bit old and sprayed the whole bathroom with water during showers.
